Disappointed with the products. Returning it
True feelings here. Items was shipped late ( probably due to the covid or protesters). Items came in 2 different boxes, one for chair, one for table. The chair is uncomfortable to sit on. It causes pain at my coccyx bone. Table legs are not aligned because the connecting holes beneath it are not at the 4 corners. Not recommend this to anyone. Sorry the maker but this set is horrible.

    So far so good
    The set came pretty fast and assembly was a breeze. The chairs were assembled only had to put together the table. I would suggest purchasing cushions for the chairs, for comfort.

    Item is cheaply made for a $150 price tag. I paid I think around $190 on sale but the overall quality or the item is worth maybe $75. - legs are held on buy plastic and any pressure of the top of the table feels like it's gonna break - the glass is retained by a thin metal which also flex and may not hold up…only time will tell - the middle rings that secure the legs forming the base are plastic and also very poor quality! Overall this is a very poor quality table!!! I'm addition, my table arrived with slight damage to the side…see attached picture.

    Good table uncomfortable chairs
    Nice sturdy table - easy to assemble. Chairs are small and not comfortable. Hopefully chairs pads will improve comfort.

    Completely disappointed with the logistics!
    Completely disappointed with the logistics. The set looks nice, however, I guess I will never find out how it looks fully assembled since it arrived missing all the hardware to put it together and with no instructions. When I called (multiple times) to get this corrected I informed Hayneedle that I needed it to be sent overnight because I was hosting people over the weekend. They first said that I should get the parts before the weekend but on my second call they retracted and said it wouldn't be likely because it takes longer for the supplier to send specific parts. One representative even suggested I went to a hardware store and buy the parts. How would I even do that without specifications on the components? I asked if there was a way to contact the supplier and expedite the process but they informed me that even Hayneedle's customer service reps don't have direct access to the suppliers. How is this even possible? You should have direct communications with your suppliers and a system in place for when they screw up. This is the definition of poor logistics. Now I have to go around and try to find a patio set (out of season) and probably pay way more than this one. It's the little details that will make or break your business.

    Money, timing and quality was well worth it. I would have given it a 5 star but one of the tubular chair leg feet inserts was machine injected inside the tube, making it off balance. I notified Hayneedle immediately who contacted the manufacturer who agreed to get replacement feet inserts right out. If, they get them to me as promised, it would definitely move this rating to a 5. The seats are aluminum, so I would recommend cushions which I've already ordered.
