This mat is practically perfect.
I love, love, love this mat, and I have had quite a few. It's thick and withstands chair pressure much better than the others I've had. It comes flat, a testimony to it's robustness, and it has small cleats instead of spikes to hold it in place of the floor. What happened with the spikes in other mats is that they eventually break through the mat and create cracks and the whole things falls apart. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.

NOT WORTH IT.
Poor quality. It does not arrived flat like other buy said. it is rolled up in a box. I am 4ft10in, 114lbs with a small office chair and can't even move the chair around. My chair made it indent in the carpet and unable to roll unless I get off. Very disappointed. Noticed there is another buyer have the exact same experience. I just think they lower the price and send a cheaper item because this already have good reviews. Sad part is that there are no tag to confirm it is the right product that was sent.

    Bad Product
    It comes to you in a 4.5 x 4.5 x 35.5 box. In a roll form. It’s not 36” wide, it’s 35”. How long do you think it would take for this to unroll ???????

    I bought two of these because I saw multiple reviews that said they were shipped flat. Mine both came rolled up. I purchased mine in August, 2022 and returned both shortly after they arrived as the wheel sag they allowed was unacceptable . See notes below. You want to look for either of two things if you want a mat that's rigid enough to support the weight of office chair wheels. Either look for a mat that's shipped flat and/or look for a mat that says it's for use on high pile carpet. High pile carpet is very soft so a mat designed for it is likely to be thick and rigid enough to overcome the softness of the carpet below it and prevent wheel sag. If a mat is shipped flat that means it's too rigid to roll. That's good because that means it should be rigid enough to support the weight of office chair wheels without sagging. Note that mats that meet these criteria tend to be more expensive. Part of the reason is that shipping a mat flat requires a very odd sized box and odd sized boxes are more expensive to ship.

    Does not come flat
    This mat was supposed to come flat. That is why I bought it because the reviews said it came flat. Very hard to unroll it. I have not decided yet if I like it because I am still trying to get it flat

    Dents easily
    For one thing it did not ship flat like everyone else is saying. And two, I've had it for a couple hours now and there are already dents in the plastic from my chair wheels.

    Fantastic Mat
    This mat is perfect. It is nice and heavy. The grippers keep it in place. The bonus is it is shipped FLAT. I have tried two or three other mats this past year and ended up sending them back because they were so flimsy. And you could not get them to lay flat.

    Thicker, better mat
    This chair mat is thicker than the last chair mat I bought. That one was cheaper and thinner. It lasted about 4 months before it began cracking. Additionally, I've noticed my office chair does not sink into this new mat which, makes it easier to move it around. I do recommend it as I believe it will last a long time.
