Finally a chair that is built for a big person, it arrived on time easy to assemble and a pleasure to use. At this point the next chair I buy if ever again will be the Managers big chair.

It's a chair.
I was not overly enthused with the package being open when I picked it up from the store plus the fact it was an Easter egg hunt for all the bolts through the box since someone obviously decided to open that package too. The width is nice but it should be deeper as well since it is a big and tall chair.

    help finding the rest of the instructions
    The installation instructions were located on the back cushion of the chair. I did not find them until I had the chair half put together. Once found, they helped with the remainder of installation.

    Good chair. As described.
    Pretty comfortable chair. Seems to hold up well so far. I wish it was more adjustable. I sometimes feel like the seat is angled and that I don't sit up as straight as I should be.

    Awesome chair for big and tall people!
    its a nice chair. I'm 6,2 and 430 lbs and I fit perfect I would definitely suggest this chair for bigger people at a decent price point! it was also pretty easy to put together.

    Love this chair!
    This was an excellent purchase all the way around! My husband got it for me for Christmas, because I have back problems and the chair I had been using while sitting at the computer was REALLY hurting my back and neck! We had excellent service when picking it up, as the Walmart associate was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to put together, and I sit in this chair more than anywhere else in the house because it's SOOOO comfortable! Excellent purchase! Very happy! I highly recommend this chair! :-)

    Being a big guy is no fun and I feel like I was destroying my old office chair. Some orange thing from the 70's. So it is such a improvement! Shoulders back and legs all ready feel much better. Killer for the price!

    Attractive, sturdy, comfortable!
    This chair is a dream! Easy to assemble, attractive, comfortable, and very, very sturdy. I would recommend it highly to anyone, especially those who are too heavy for regular office chairs.

    Seat comfortable, but too short.
    I purchased this because it was described as for "big and tall". The chair seems very sturdy and the seat seems padded well but I am only 5'7" and yet the seat depth lacks about 2" of being deep enough for me to really be comfortable. Like others, the hassle of taking it back apart and retuning it seemed a bit daunting, but I will not order a chair again that I can't sit in and try out or at least have specific measurements that I can check.
