Couldn't ask for anything more!
This is a very nice chair. It looks good and the massage function is soothing.. Other reviewers have complained about the back not being adjustable. I had the same complaint until I viewed the chair on line again to try and see what was wrong. Check your assembly! The nob on the bottom of the chair goes in the front. When it is turned that way it doesn't have such a down tilt. Also, if you loosen that knob it makes the chair so you can tilt back and rest any discomfort. You could also put something low beneath your feet to keep the tilt, rather then it being a rocking motion.. I would rather the back would adjust, but this is a solution. There is also a lock on the lever that makes the chair go up and down. Make sure this is in the unlock position to enable the tilt. You do this by pushing it in and out. Lock and release are written on the lever. It is very hard to find a chair that has massage for this price. I am partially wheel chair bound from back problems and I have to be picky about chairs.

Putting it together would've been so much easier have they supplied longer screws. I wish that I had paid attention to the fact that the back is not adjustable. The seat is too thin and I wind up with a sore spine. I have to put something on top of the seat to help cushion it.

    Comfortable chair!
    I bought this to replace an old desk chair now that I'm pretty much working from home full time and I'm essentially planted to my desk for 9 hours a day. Fits my back very well and keeps my back from hurting. Would definitely buy again!

    Great Chair
    Well I have owned this chair now for about 6 months. Must say it is really nice by the aesthetic looks. The only problem that i have is that the massaging piece is attached in the bottom of the chair and gets quite annoying after a period of sitting. somedays its noticeable some not as much. Also i must note that this chairs resting pads seem to be peeling from the leather. Its great but could have been perfect if they added more padding.

    i love the chair its very comfortable and easily moves , the only negative about the chair is the plug in for the massage it gets wrapped around the legs when you move around easy fix i unplug it when im not using the massage other than that its a great chair would reccomend this

    Great chair. Expensive, but worth it.
    Its steeply priced, but has great features. Very soft leather and the massage function is great for long study sessions. Its slightly better than I expected (most of the time when ordering online it's best not to get your hopes up). The chair looks great, but if viewed really closely some of the plastic pieces have distortions. Im normally one to be able to assemble things very quickly, but this chair took more than 30 minutes to put together. It was difficult to attach the back after attaching the arms because it was almost impossible to line up the screws.

    Comfortable Chair, Okay Massage
    The chair is very comfortable, comparable to any good office chair. The massage feature only works the lower back and thighs. When I say "massage", all it really does is vibrate. There are no rollers and pressure is not applied to those areas. In other words, it's not really much of a "massage". However you can't expect an office chair to be a full massager. That would mean this chair would weigh a ton and be unmovable. So for it's size, the massage feature is enough. I just wish it worked my upper back instead of just my lumbar area.

    Not bad for the price.
    Nice chair, looks great! I wish the seat of the chair would tip more towards the back I feel like I am sliding out of it. The massage function is nice and I have back problems, this is wonderful. But I do feel like I have to constantly push myself back up in the chair. I believe it is assembled properly and that wasn't difficult, tools included.

    The only "criticism" I have re this chair is that it could use a bit more padding; other than that, it really is a great chair especially if you have any lower back issues.
