Decent chair thin seat
The chair was easy to put together but sadly the seat needs more cushion. It's very thin and it did not take long for it to flatten out.

    Great chair, just wish it was a little more comfy.
    It's a very good chair, and there are only two small reasons why I did not give it five stars. The first is that I wish it had a little more cushioning on the seat. The second issue is that the chair does not adjust as low as I would like it to adjust. Overall, it is a great chair for the price.

    Solid Chair, but Dirty upon arrival
    This chair comes from China, and the seat back and seat come wrapped in plastic. It was easy to assemble, and is very comfortable with decent lumbar support. The only disappointment (and reason for only 3 stars) was that the plastic base and the plastic arm rests came with some sort of dried substance on them that I had to wipe off with a sanitizing wipe. I recommend that Sam's Club inspect the supplier for quality control. A brand new item should not come dirty, unless, of course, it is potting soil.

    good quality for price
    the chair is probably mid-back height-- not low back, but not high back, i am 5'5" and my head is not completely resting on top of back as my previous high back chair. arm rest are plastic rather than padded which is what i wanted because previous padded arm rests on chair split after repeatly scrapping against desk over several years, solid plastic arm will look better in future

    Mothers day gift, bad back, she LOVES it!
    I got this for her as a replacement for almost the exact same chair that I accidentally broke trying to fix it. She had the chair for years beforehand and absoutely loved it. I felt guilty breaking it so I got it for her for This Mothers Day. It arrived at the store MUCH earlier than expected! I suprised her with it and she just about had a heart attack. I didn't know if that's a good thing at her age. She says that it feels excellent on her back, as she has compression fractures in some of her lower vertabrae. To me, the chair is ok, not something I would buy if I was sitting in it for any amount of time, but this chair was not for me, but for my 70 year old mother that uses a walker and power chair. I'm beginning to love shopping at Walmart online. I only wish they had a sample at the store for me to check out, but the pictures they have sufficed.
