Top Quality Desk Chair
The previous swivel chair that I bought online from another site disappointed me because it was very squeaky. This chair, by contrast, is extremely high quality. The I am a Walmart associate writing this review as part of a contest. The cotton material is very comfortable and the high arch support means I can sit on it for hours without back pain. This is great for a home office/ computing room and looks sleek too! I am a Walmart associate writing this review as part of a contest

    Poor instructions for a great quality product
    The instructions manual for this product is very poorly put together. Making it take longer than the average 30-45 minutes it normally takes to put an office chair together. Then to make matters worse the phone number for the manufacturer included on the manual is disconnected, but I was able to call Walmart.com to get the manufacturers number, then the downfall became that they're only available Monday-Friday. Walmart shipped the chair in reasonable timing and all parts were included; and no additional tools are required. The chair's materials seem sturdy and as if it's made with great quality for a reasonable price, despite the manufactured lack of customer service. If the manufacturer could start providing better instruction manuals with this product it would be a solid 5/5. Especially given the price that the chair is listed at, on Walmart.com and other well-known office supply stores nationwide.

    Very nice looking chair for the price. Only complaint is the back is too laid back at it's most upright position. I placed a pillow for back support. Easy to assemble as well. Took about 20 minutes.

    A Goldilocks moment - this chair is just right!
    I love this chair. And, I mean LOVE this. It was available in our cafeteria to test out this afternoon. I sat down for what I thought would be about 30 seconds - 20 minutes later I was totally at home, relaxing in this wonderful chair, and chatting it up with coworkers who were commenting how comfortable I looked. The back support is great, the arms are at just the right height, and it feels solid without being too imposing. Some tall office chairs are just toooo big - or some are toooo stiff, but not this one. It made me feel like Goldilocks in the 3 Little Bears thinking, "this chair is just right!" (I am a Walmart associate writing this as part of a contest - and a gal who loved this chair!)

    Color issue but otherwise a good chair
    The chair itself is accurate to description, good quality and easy to assemble. However, the gray color is not really gray- more like black and white mixed together that in pictures make the chair appear more gray. Annoying
