My son loves this !
Since school is out due to the virus we wanted to get our son something fun and to keep him active. He is 7 and loves riding this! He picked up on it very quickly and now likes to show us all his "tricks".

Beyond very Very upset!!
They item was left on my porch. It was not packed in a box to hide what the item was. Well it was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old. So, what happens…..When I get home my daughter goes to the door and says yay a hover board! So now she knows what she got for Christmas!!! Huge fail Walmart!! I will be returning it!

    Would not recommend.
    Ordered this hoverboard for my granddaughter 7th birthday. Delivery was fine and arrived a few days early. Disappointed in the product itself. The board would not charge at all and yes I read the instructions 3 times to make sure I wasn't missing something. Also tried the reset instructions and still would not charge. Called customer service and 5 days later still no one has called back.

    the item do not work and the company do not honor their own warranty. I purchased this item and it only work for a 1hr or so. i try to use the extended warranty but Walmart said it was still under the manufacturer warranty and refuse to do a claim

    We received the item today, ensured it was fully charged, and tried it out. It is very disappointing. It stops working out of nowhere and jolts the rider off. The only way to restart is to plug it back in and then it will work only for a few minutes.

    Lasted 5 months!
    Lasted 5 months!!! My 14 year old daughter had the razor hovertrax which we bought in 2016 and lasted 5 years we had handed this one down to our 7 year old. When this one quit working we were looking for one with Bluetooth so we ordered this one. Big mistake.... it's dying when it's fully charged and simply won't work. We bought this is August 2020 and it only lasted until December 2020. I would highly suggest to spend the extra money and get a better quality product.

    Save your money for a better one
    Dont waste your money. It won't stay charged longer that 10 or so minutes then it shuts itself off with no warning. The first day she had it it worked fine. She played on it probably an hour then it started beeping that it had a low battery. After that it won't hold a charge and will just randomly die without beeping or anything. When it does that it throws her off. She's gotten a couple scraped up knees but luckily nothing worse. Been trying to get in touch with the company for a week but no word.

    I would've kept this particular hover board but it was not eligible for the gift. So I had to purchase one that I didn't like as much because it's so difficult to ship a hover board and I was rather disappointed about that.

    Granddaughter loves this hoverboard! She's only used it inside the house thou! LOL She said the sidewalk has too man rocks! I told her to sweep it first! So far, so good. She loves all the flashing lights and the bluetooth capability!
