Is it working? I don't know. How can I tell? I started taking it as a supplement to help offset a somewhat unstable meal routine. I take it twice a day as directed and I have no noticeable side effects. My stomach is at peace most times. For me, whatever this probiotic does it does quietly.

Good product - but not as potent in value-pack.
The Florastor product is a quality product, but the order I received which was the 100-count value-sized bottle, did not have the same quality of potency and effect as the individual wrapped supplements. I will be returning the unused product.

    100% helps w/ C diff.
    I did my research plus I asked my primary care providers advice about what prebiotic to use to help heal from C-diff%26this one is the one we both chose. It works great. It helps get the good bacteria in and the bad out! I take one at bedtime every night. I'll keep taking them as long as I can.

    C diff cure
    I ended up with c diff after taking an antibiotic. This was the only thing that cured me almost the first day I started taking it. Two capsules in the morning and two more in the evening. Doctors should prescribe it.

    Forastor is a life saver!
    Finally a bigger bottle! I wish it was plastic so I can recycle, but oh, well. The Florastor is a life saver! I have IBS and this was recommended by my doctor and I take this twice a day! So glad to use natural things to keep me in harmony!
