This game is so much fun!!
WE LOVE THE JOHNNY THE SKULL SHOOTING GAME!! This game is absolutely so much fun for everyone! You get Johnny the skull and a blaster in this game. You need to have three AA batteries for Johnny the school and three AAA batteries for the gun blaster to work. They are easily put in, but you do need a screwdriver. You pushed Johnny the skull's knuckles for the level you want, which is levels one through three. Then you point the blaster at his left eye and the gun beeps, then you're ready to begin having fun! It's so easy and entertaining! We made the room as dark as possible, and set Johnny in the center of the room. Johnny the skull rotates around and he displays ghost pictures on random spots on the walls. It can be all around the room. When you see the ghost image projected on the wall, you simply aim and shoot. He makes a noise like he's been hit and you quickly have to find the next projected image to shoot at. It counts up for you and gives you the percentage that you hit. This really is quite a clever game and the whole family really enjoys everything about it! the level one was great for our 9-year-old son and level two and three was challenging fun for our 13 and 14 year old, as well as us parents!! We highly recommend this game because it is very entertaining and addictive fun! We would definitely buy again especially as a great gift!!

Maybe cute for little kids
This was a super disappointing toy! I was so excited to receive it for my ten year old, but it was so lacking. It doesn’t make any sound, there is no score, whether or not you hit the ghost, the skull keeps moving around, and it is completely uninteresting! On top of all of that, the controller and the skull take Two different kinds of batteries! I would definitely NOT recommend, other than to maybe a younger child.

    Fun Family Game
    My grandson loves toys that cast shadows on the wall. Keep in mind this game does not come with batteries, the box does mention batteries are not included, but then battery-powered games are slowly going the route of not including batteries. You need 2 different size batteries, AA and AAA. The instructions were easy to understand, Johnny has an on/off button on his left side foot, and after that, you pick the level you want to play, 1, 2, or 3. The buttons are located on the bottom of his feet and are easy to push. Once you choose your level Johnny's head moves around and projects images of ghosts on the walls or ceiling. Using the controller you try to eliminate the ghosts. You will hear a notification sound when the ghosts are about to appear and another sound when you destroy the ghost. The game tells you how many ghosts you terminated and the percentage. You will have no problem viewing the ghosts as they show up vividly, the darker your play area the better. Everyone enjoyed this game because it is easy to play with younger children and interactive. I would buy this game again.

    Fun for kids!
    Johnny the Skull is such a fun, unique game that my kids have enjoyed playing with quite frequently. Set up is very simple, with only the feet of the skull needing assembly. The game requires 3 AAA batteries and 3 AA batteries, which are not included in the package. Once set up, all you have to do is choose which of the three levels you'd like to play and then synchronize the shooter with the skeleton by pointing it at the skull's eye. The ghosts show up nice and clearly in a dark room, and the shooter makes noises to let you know when you hit the target. Level 1 is very simple, but the other two levels are fun for my 5 and 6 year old boys. The shooter also keeps score, letting you know how many targets you hit and what your overall percentage is, as well as keeping track of the overall high score. This makes it a fun challenge to beat the high score. The idea of this game is very clever and my kids love pretending they are hunting ghosts. While this game is much too easy for older kids, it has been a big hit with my younger children!

    The Visions of Johnny The Skull game is very fun for all ages. Although it says that the recommended age on the game is 6 and up, anyone above that age could play the game. This is so much fun! You and your family will be playing for hours to come. It is for 2 or more players and you can play as many times a you want. The game includes, 1 Projecting Skull and 1 Blaster. But, it does not include batteries. For this awesome game, you will need 3 "AA" and 3 "AAA" batteries. In order to get started with the game, you will need to activate and synchronize Johnny the Skull with the ghost blaster. Johnny the skull, projects the ghosts from his eyes. Johnny turns his head in all directions and you can see ghosts and hear the ghosts that make the spooky sounds. The point of the game is to help Johnny The Skull eliminate the ghosts with the blaster. Once you hit the ghosts with the blaster, it makes a sound. My kids and I have been having so much fun with this game. They didn't want to put the game down. I had to ask them several times to please stop playing and get to bed. I have never seen them into a game this much before. This has helped the children open up their minds when it comes to exploring and working as a team. Johnny The Skull looks in all directions and sees ghosts wherever he turns so, this was very interesting for my kids to watch. We turned off a lot of the lights to make it interesting. Once that you hit the ghosts, the blaster will announce your score at the end of each and every round. This would get my kids super excited knowing that they were getting the ghosts. Even though that Johnny The Skull was keeping track, they were keeping track of their own scores as well. The player that eliminated the most ghost was the winner. This was super exciting! All 3 of my kids won at different times but it was fun watching them trying to get the ghosts. They were laughing and having a lot of fun. I highly recommend it to all of the families that enjoy these types of games.

    Instant Joy.
    My 5 yr old is estatic with his new Johnny the Skull toy. The skeleton its self is adorable and made pretty durable. A dark room is best to see the projections. This is hours of fun for kids, and it even keeps score for you. You can play with a friend. I would have liked a second gun included so as to keep fighting to a minimum.

    Fun game easy to play
    The Johnny the skull game is a fun and easy game for all ages. Once you install all the batteries, which are both AA and AAA, then you push a button and sync the gun with the light in his eye. My children had lots of fun shooting the ghosts all around the room. This can be played in a semi dark room but is better in a darker room.

    My kids love this toy! The object of this game is to shoot and kill the ghost. I love that there are 3 levels of difficulty, so even the younger kids can play. Just sit Johnny on a table or floor in a dark room and watch him reflect ghosts on the wall, at the same time, he makes scary spooky sounds. The winner is the one who kills the most ghosts. Such a great way to get kids away from their electronics and enjoy a fun game. I highly recommend! Even parents will have fun trying to beat their kids scores!

    Fun game
    This is a fun game, kids can take turns shooting ghost. It has 3 levels of difficulty. It's a fun game but I did noticed a couple of things. The room that your playing in should be close to a squared room because we tried playing in the living room which is a rectangular room and the ghost that appeared further away didn't let us hit the ghost due to distance. So it is better to play it in a square room. The last thing I noticed was if the kids wanted to stop playing in the middle of the game it wouldn't turn off, the actual skull will turn off and will stop showing the ghost but the gun itself will continue playing the sounds of the ghost until the round ended. Now we try to turn off after the round is over due to that problem. Other than that it's a fun game but I think smaller kids will enjoy it better. My kids are 10 and 8 and they got bored of it quickly. I think it's best for smaller children.

    Competition fun
    The family has enjoyed our new competition fun! Be sure to put 3 triple a batteries in the remote and 3 double a batteries in the skull, not included. The remote speaks to you and tells you your score and keeps record of high score. There's 3 different levels of play time. The ghost targets are very clear on the wall. We are able to play in the day time with all of the lights out in my son's room! Fun times!
