automatic food bowl was junk
took 2 weeks to receive the item (a week past the delivery date as well) when it arrived it was cracked. so I've got a twenty dollar cracked food bowl at the top where lid goes on therefore lid won't seal shut. it's worthless

    Only received water bowl
    I'm in the same boat. I only received the water bowl. Even went back and looked at the order details and they advertise you get the food and water bowl. I also emailed the company and no response. ?

    Terrible packing
    The plastic bottle was smashed in half and not able to pop out so I returned. I will no longer be shopping from Walmart website. Amazon still continues to be my favorite. The two orders I've placed have come in wrong or unusable.

    I would never order from this seller again.
    Only received half of the order and it was defective. The dispenser was bent and there appear to be parts missing. Cannot use it as a water dispenser at all. Never received the food dispenser that was supposed to be part of the set.
