Great product!
GE - GE LED+ Battery Backup Soft White 60W Replacement LED Light Bulb General Purpose A21 is the best light bulb of all time since it has a battery backup for when the power goes out. You can keep it in the light fixture, carry it with you or place it wherever you need to and have light anytime. It's a 60 watt bulb and looks like any ordinary lightbulb and it fits in any standard size light fixture. I'm really impressed with this product and would highly recommend it. It works perfectly and is a great value and top quality product.

Light bulb that doubles as a flashlight
A battery backup bulb is nifty when the power goes out or if you don't happen to have a flashlight handy. Simply unscrew the bulb from the socket and flip the switch into "flashlight" mode. The product is weighty for an LED bulb due to the battery component and gives off a distinctly warm white 2700K hue. The detailed ratings listed on the back of the bulb are: 760 lumens, 8 watts, 120V, 60Hz, and 75mA. As you can see from the bulb image, the bulb emits more light from the top vs. the sides. This is great for flashlight mode, but may not be ideal in all lamp applications. That's really the only flaw with this bulb.

    Great Idea for lamps where no electricity is available. Would like them to last longer than 5 hours before having to recharge.

    This bulb is amazing. It acts as a traditional LED bulb in your normal light fixture but if the power goes off or you need a flashlight in a hurry you simply unscrew it, flip the switch to on and voila, you have light. The bulb recharges while in the regular lighting fixture so it's always ready for use and you know right where it is, so no hunting for a flashlight. It is also guaranteed to last 3 years if used 3 hours a day or less. Brilliant product and I will be using them in multiple places.

    Perfect for power outages
    This came just in time for hurricane season in Florida! Until recently, I never knew bulbs light this existed, but I am soo impressed with this thing! When your power goes out, this allows you to continue having light for 5 hours! Sometimes we lose power for days after a hurricane, but every little bit helps!! This bulb has an on/ switch. I've looked at others online to compare to, & none of the others had switches like this! It also comes with a 3 year warranty! I love this-I only wish I had 10 more !

    So awesome
    Everyone needs one of these lights! Or more than one ! I got this a few weeks ago and tried the switch on it and it lasted for 4 hours this is great in an emergency that it stores the light and can use it Incase the power went off it's not LED bright so it's not gonna blind u it's a soft warm light I definitely recommend it

    This light bulb is amazing. It's a game changer. Around this area, the power seems to enjoy going out every time there is a storm in the summer, or snow in the winter. This will make life easier on those days, especially for people who do not like using candles or do not own an expensive generator.

    Great Features!!!
    I got this a week or so ago and I love the features. I have included a photo of how bright the bulb is when there's power going to the fixture. It's very bright for just a 60w bulb. Another pro about this bulb is the fact that it can be used in a fixture during power outages or you can take the bulb out and use it as a flashlight. You just move the switch to the flashlight position. Another pro is that the bulb is well made and it won't break easy, like other bulbs. I would feel comfortable for kids to handle it when needed. The only con with this bulb is the fact that it's not super bright when it's running on it's battery. It's bright enough to keep the room lit during an outage. This little con wouldn't keep me from buying more of these bulbs. I would also recommend these bulbs for any household. Where I live, there's an outage at least once a month and this bulb is going to help us out a lot. The kids aren't going to panic when our power goes out. I will be putting one of these bulbs in each room of the house. It's an outstanding product and works great.

    Party doesn't have to stop anymore!
    This is a really cool “invention” or adaptation. It is super helpful to have in the just in case situations. It's easy to use and “charge” I could see this being very helpful in the hurricane season down here in FL.
