I am doing a review on the Mega Men 50 Plus One Daily. The brand is GNC. This is a one per daily multivitamin for men only. These multivitamins and herbs help men with prostate function, energy production, immune support, and heart, brain, and eye health. I am so thrilled that he is taking these caplets. He has been taking them for two weeks now and he has so much energy. He just feels better all over. He feels healthier. He is having his cataracts removed this week and since this will help with the eye health I am sure these will benefit him in some way. There are sixty caplets in this bottle so if you take one daily this is a two-month supply. These caplets provide thirty-seven nutrients, including eighteen vitamins and minerals with a 100% daily value or higher in some circumstances. For his immune system support, it contains vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin D to help with that. To help with his prostate function it contains saw palmetto, lycopene, pumpkin seed, and zinc. For brain health support it contains ginkgo biloba and phosphatidyl serine. The tablets are large in size but my husband said he has no problem swallowing them. Also, there is no nasty aftertaste. This is a plus for me because my husband would not take them if there was a bad taste left in his mouth. These caplets are also gluten-free, with no artificial flavors or colors. These caplets are made specifically for males over the age of fifty. I highly recommend these caplets. They just make him feel better and healthier.

I got these for my husband because he's over 50 and needed vitamins. He generally doesn't like swallowing vitamins but said these go down pretty easily. He needs to take them with food our he feels a bit queasy, but otherwise, it's good. I did a test to see if they dissolve in water - and they do! That's always a good sign that they will absorb better.

    Everything a 50+ multivitamin should have
    It's a little hard to review a vitamin when you've been taking a vitamin for 50+ males daily for years. The size is pretty typical for a multivitamin and it's coated so it goes down pretty easily. Definitely haven't noticed any decrease in energy since the last vitamin was stopped and this one started. I do trust the brand and I'll probably look for this one in the future.

    EXCELLENT Ingredient Combination
    First, the pill is not a horse pill. It is not mega big. It is not small either. It is a normal size, easy to swallow caplet. Most multi-vitamins that have lots of ingredients are horse pills and you have to take multiple ones to make a serving. The ingredients in Mega Men 50 plus are superior to other multivitamins. You only need to take 1 caplet daily. The mineral and herb combination with the vitamins are top notch. This ingredient combination is excellent. Why take just a multi-vitamin vs a multivitamin with herbs and minerals. My Dad, 94 years old, appetite has increased after 2 weeks of daily taking a multi-vitamin. Mega Men 50 Plus is formulated to support a wide variety of health areas.

    GNC Mega Men 50+ One Daily leaves me with more energy. I can certainly tell the difference if I forget to take one. I feel more energetic, and motivated. The vitamins supply over 100% of the daily doses needed. So, on days I may not eat enough food, or the right foods to get my daily doses these vitamins ensure that I do. I especially like that I only have to take one pill to meet my daily needs. The vitamin promotes healthy functioning of eyes, heart/circulatory system, brain/memory, prostate health, and overall healthy aging. This is targeted for men over 50, and I highly recommend it.

    Fewer pills to take with this combo pill.
    Anything I can do to reduce the number of pills I need to take I will do. This give ya two important things, especially for us guys as we get older in one convenient dose. A mens 50 plus vitamin and minerals for general health as well as supporting prostate function with Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, Pumpkin Seed, and Zinc* to keep thing flowing well and comfortable.

    Two weeks and a noticeable improvement.
    The GNC Mega Men 50-Plus Multivitamins are a real plus for me. I was taking a cheap mail-order multivitamin for seniors and I did not think I was getting much from them, I was right. So I decided to try something new. In just a few weeks on the GNC Mega Men multivitamin I noticed more energy and was not sleepy all the time, I had no other changes in my life style or diet so I believe it is the GNC Multivitamins that are making the difference.     Chucked full of all your daily vitamin needs
    This bottle contains 60 daily vitamin tablets for adults 50 and over. This came just in time as my doctor had just recommended multi vitamins for me, as my iron count was a little low. I like the Cocoa taste of the vitamins, which surprised me by the way. The pills are about medium sized, so not to hard to swallow. It covers all your daily requirements, so even if you don't eat healthy, you are still getting the necessary amount of vitamins to carry you through the day. I've been taking it for about a week now, I honestly don't know if it is working but at least I don't feel any worse. I'll update after a month or so.

    For the over 50 guys.
    Thought I'd try this product to see if there really was a difference. I've been taking it daily now for 10 days and I do feel it's helping me feel better. I like that it doesn't upset my stomach or make me feel jittery. I'm in my late 60's, if your like me and still enjoy being active, these are going to be a great addition to my daily regimen.

    This is a great multivitamin for men over 50. As we age our bodies tend to need more nutrients and minerals. These are once a day, gluten free, and easy to swallow. They are good for prostate function, energy production, immune support, heart, brain, and eye health. My husband likes taking them and feels they help. My son also uses.
