This is my go to protein powder after a heavy workout. It has a smooth flavor that pairs well with a frozen banana and unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a few ice cubes. Tastes just like a milkshake and my kids love it too. You can blend with just the milk and ice cubes but it can taste a bit chalky without the banana.

Incorrect Nutritional Facts on Website
Nutritional Facts are incorrect on website. My order arrived and there is a big difference in carbohydrates on the bottle vs. the website. The bottle states 13g Carbs, 3g fiber. Website shows and 8g Carbs and 8g Fiber. If want a lower carb powder, do not buy this. I'm returning it.

    Could improve on taste.
    It has a good chocolate flavor, but has a nasty after taste. I would buy it again. I mix it with cherries and blueberries and vanilla almond milk. It definitely fills you up. I love Garden of Life products.

    This powder tastes absolutely disgusting. I even tried it with vanilla almond milk. It was also very difficult to blend in 8 oz of liquid, perhaps you get used to the taste? I'm going to keep trying it, but just know this powder was a VERY distinct chalky taste.

    Oh Yeah
    The main reason I bought this was the client I take care of is having a terrible time taking boost and ensure just not tolerated, causing many problems so I decided to try this one with all the healthy ingredients. No issues from client so I tried it myself in unsweetened almond milk and I must say Oh yeah this is the Best tasting meal supplement I have ever had.
