Received the bike with a warped brake, I worked around it but not even within a month the battery would not keep a charge so had to return it because I have to recharge it before every small trip.

    Very good value. Great for getting around
    The box that the bike came in was opened although all components were there. The front brakes needed to be adjusted. The tires needed inflation. Other than these minor items. The bike is in good condition and rides well. I do believe a better clarification is needed to describe how to return the bike if someone does not like it. I'm keeping mine

    Lots of fun
    The best bike i ever purchased! i bought the white one so u can imagine the attiention i was getting. Dont underestimate going more then 15 mph on flat terrain or commuting but the range was worth it so spend that extra hundred

    My most favorite bike ever!
    This is the most comfortable bike I have ever owned. It has plenty speed and power. And I got it for a reasonable price. Very happy that I purchased this bike. It arrived in excellent condition and was easy to assemble. Very user friendly.

    I am enjoying the bike it is a lot of fun to ride around town, The speed is more than I thought. It is easy to get started off with. After I got mine, my wife wanted one also it is more the girls style the dolphin model other than it being a step through it is the same bike. Easy to put together and I did send an email to the tech support for a question and they were quick and helpful.
