good product seller requires signature on delivery
great product, seller requires signature at delivery which was a bit annoying as I wasnt aware I'd need my ID to pick it up but besides that all good. came early well packaged. no complaint.

Not worth my money
Got the headset in a decent time! After setting it up on our xbox 1. My husband got to use it maybe 1 or 2 times and stopped working. Cant find ways to contact seller

    X Box Gaming Head Set
    This gaming headset is the official Microsoft X Box model. I dont online game much but I needed a microphone to search YouTube rather than key in search. Works as stated . Got my order two days prior to the delivery commitment.

    Chat Headset replacement for Original XBox One
    If you own the Original XBox One with controllers that don't have a 3.5mm audio jack built into them then this is your only option for replacing the headset that came with your XBox. The replacement headset works fine. I can hear the chat conversation well and others hear me with no distortion or static. The headset does not have the same frequency response or dynamic range of more expensive headsets but this one meets my needs and should meet the needs of most casual gamers who own the Original XBox One.
