The Venus razors are great. They are comfortable to hold, they are the perfect size, I very rarely get cut by them -- but they are very sharp. Many colors to pick from and are priced right.

Major disappointment
I've been using Venus Razors for years with no problem. But the Razors that was sent to me in this order are completely different. The format of this product has changed. Major disappointment in quality and performance. I will not buy this product again.

    Awful since they changed
    New style is awful ! This new style with the metal at the edges is horrible , these are made terrible now. I get so many in grown hairs since they changed the way they make the razor and constantly end up with cuts when I never had that issue before with this brand ever which is why I bought it . Since the change it's nothing but issues so I am switching anc currently trying all other brands to find something else this one is horrible and I have tried all there options they changed them all .

    There is 2 categories for these razors the rest and Venus Only the best for me. Venus must be tried to uncover the secret its the best ofthe best.

    not the same as the old ones!
    ive purcahsed this brand and also the venus disposable for many years never had any problems until now they changed the ends of the blades they put 2 metal strips and those snag and hurt!!

    Not at all like they used to be.
    I've been using Venus Razors for years but the razors that were sent in this order are completely different. The plastic is cheap and thin, the head doesn't lay against your body correctly so it gives a bad shave straight out of the package, the blades are different too. I will not buy this product again. Disappointing.

    disappointing...
    the green razor came broken...disappointing....so I didnt get my money worth...and it's not the closest shave in 1 stroke....disappointing again. razor itself is just okay.

    Surprisingly Gentle and Effective!
    This razor has it all. First of all, the packaging was easy to open (which is great because I hate those plastic packages you need scissors to open and then you end up wrestling with dumb plastic for 10 minutes trying to pry it open..). Gillette should meet with other companies who package with plastic like this and convince them to change their ways! The handle is very ergonomic and has a nice weight to it that feels very solid and nice. Many razors feel cheap, and this is so far from that feleing. It is solid and easy to handle, with a nice amount of squishy cushioning that keeps it comfortable and easy to hold even in slippery shower conditions. The razor provides such a smooth, close shave, without much effort at all! I was very impressed with the way it glides across your skin, removing the need for multiple passes that can result in irritated skin. The 5 blades helps you get a nice close shave that lasts longer, and feels like nothing! I didn't even have to give it any extra push it just glides beautifully and does an incredible job. These blade heads have a nice couple moisturizing strips and help with a smooth, happy shave. The heads are easy to swap out. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with this blade!     This razor works great!
    I love this razor! Not only is it pretty, but I get a nice really close smooth shave. I also love the grip on the metal handle, it hasn't slipped out of my hand once! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
