Great Workout
So easy to assemble! I like the fact that I got to use my smartphone to unlock the exercise bike controls! The Proform bike is so challenging to ride at the higher levels will keep my challenged for a long while!

Disappointed
We received the bike and my husband put it together. As soon as it was together he tried to pedal and it made this terrible grinding noise. The part that was grinding was not a part he had to put together. In addition to the grinding noise you could not pedal at all. We called Gold's Gym customer service and they wanted me to take the unit apart and tell them what was wrong and they would send me the parts. No Way!!! We just received the bike and took the time to put it together and it did not work, why should we have to diagnois what was wrong. We took it back to the store and are waiting for a refund. We are going to try a different brand.

It took us a couple of hours to build this bike and then we found that the frame was bent. It was not usable. I called 3 different times and was told they'd pick the bike up and credit me. When they showed up to pick it up they told me I had to totally disassemble the bike and put it back in the box -which was not usable after taking the bike out. I called again and was told that it was my problem to break the bike down and find another box to put it in. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. Obviously I am not a happy camper.

    Not happy!
I loved the bike however I only used it a few times and went to use it again and it wouldn't turn on, I took the battery's out which were brand new just put in not to long before that and it was leaking orange stuff from where the batteries go, I looked it up battery acid and now it won't turn on at all. Very not happy

    good bike
I've had the bike for a couple of months now and it its a good bike. I did have a problem with the pedals, the pedals frequently loosen and at first, I didn't know this was a problem and the pedal crank stripped on me and the pedal fell off. I called Gold's Gym customer service and they sent me a new pedal and crank for free due to 3 month warranty. The directions were not very good to instruct how to put in the new crank but my husband and I were able to figure it out. The pedal still loosens on me and I have to frequently tighten it but other than that( which I was told is a common problem), the bike works well and has good resistance options. The fan on the bike is pretty good. I haven't used the plug in for a ipad or MP3 player.

I see why its always selling out. I was luckey enough to get the last one. love it. It was easy to put together. The bolts and screws are labled by the steps on the instructions. Pay attention to step 5 I believe. The screw may appear to overlap on the instructions. There is a small insertion for a set of screws. I almost return it because of the negative reviews about mandatory subscriptions. The subscription is worth it but not mandatory. Bypass the activation by holding the fit button for 30 seconds.

The worst piece of exercise equipment ever bought
Hate it. Very cheap, very wobbly and unsterdy. I waited so long for this to be delivered bc it was delayed a few days. I should have just spend the extra money and got a Proform or something else. Very dissatisfied and don't know what to even do with it. So much money wasted. Probably doesn't help that the box was completely tore up when I received it! Worst experience ever and I order from Walmart ALL the time. Very sad.

    Quality! Quality! Quality!
This bike is made of quality material. Not many parts to assemble. Seat adjust high enough for 6' tall person. Handle bars are high enough for comfort. Very pleased for the price.

    its an excersise bike
This was not hard to assemble, and did not take long. Yes there were a few holes not quite lined up or a bit tight but got it eventually. The seat is pretty big but not extremely comfortable, so maybe get some padding if that's more what your looking for. You dont have to get an ifit membership at all I had seen other reviews saying to press and hold the ifit button for a few seconds, took me a few tries to finally get it but a green light will appear and the screen should stop just saying hello. I guess a down side is there is definitely a faint knocking sound when pedaling, who knows maybe it'll get worse over time we will see, but if your watching TV or listening to music you won't hear it so it's really not that bad. All and all I decent cheaper in home excersise bike. Don't expect to get a peloton when you buy this, you get what you pay for.

Better than expected. Inexpensive yet handles like an expensive bike. Must have ifit membership though to reap full benefits of bike. Purchased electric cord to save on D battery purchase. Was an extra $20 on EBay. Ifit also has other workouts too so it feels like a gym in your own home. Perfect if you just have an extra 20 mins to spare and need to fit a workout in.
