poor quality
I bought these in December and they started to fall apart in January the sides are falling off the I sides have broken down I'm very disappointed, they will not replace or refund the money back for these boots.

    Not sturdy/Poor quality
    Bought for my dad who landscapes and the boots didn't last a month. The soles peeled off in the front and water got into them. Unfortunately, do not recommend.

    Absolute garbage! Got them, unpacked them to try them on. When I tightened the laces the thing that the laces go through snapped. Then after further inspection the tongue on the shows where not completely sewn.

    Weak shoe
    wore these for 2 months . The heel collapsed on one side making it about impossible to walk in them. Tore shoes apart and the sole is hollow and the support structure collapsed. Bad design or materials or both. Cant believe Goodyear would put their name on it

    Great boots for light duty
    These boots look good and it is A good price, but the soles are too thin, the whole boot can be folded. this is no good for hiking, you feel every pebble. The inside has next to no cushion or support. I can only use these boots to wash my car. I should have returned them.

    More for your money!
    Sometimes you get more than you pay for, sometimes you get more! The most picky man in the entire world actually loves these boots! No kidding, he is almost impossible to shop for, but to my great surprise he was raving about the support and comfort of these boots right out of the box. They are remarkably light yet well crafted, and the price is, let's just say it's extremely fair! I'm so happy this purchase worked out so well! Thanks Walmart!!!

    Don't buy. Poor manufacturing/quality control.
    1) One of the upper lace hooks popped out the FIRST time I put them on. The rivet was not inserted correctly. 2) The soles of both boots, in the center directly under the heel, does not appear to have been molded correctly. There is a visible hole in each boot about 1/2 an inch long. They can be seen through when the insoles are removed. 3) The insoles are glued in at the heels, making them difficult to remove and replace. I got these because the price was good and I liked how they look. It was a regrettable decision. A piece of advice: spend your money on a different pair of boots.

    Poor quality.
    Boots are light weight and comfortable. I had three string loops break, one was the felt material and two was the metal string loop. The metal loop left a sharp edge where the loop broke. One loop broke in the first week and the other two loops broke in the second week of owning the boots. It is hard to pull the string tight for a snug fit because of the broken string loops. These boots do not advertise being water proof but do advertise as a outdoor boot. When you walk on a wet surface your sock will get wet. I dont know how/why this boot would be so cheap in quality when it is advertised by Goodyear. You can buy a no name boot from walmart and get a better/longer lasting boot. Save your money and invest in a better quality boot. I wonder if Goodyear knows about the poor quality these boots give the customers. Mr Goodyear im a little disappointed.
