GreAt piece of technology
Love my google max hub. Speaker is pretty darn good. Ask it to play my favorite songs. Can see my outdoor cameras quickly. Set daily alarms quickly. I have yet to experience all the things it can do. I even purchased the stand so I can til it to a better angle. Also bought a glass screen protector. Havent installed it yet but want to protect the screen.

    A great smart speaker for Google/Android users.
    As I am a big Google user, I have really enjoyed this device. It pulls up feeds from my Wyze cameras and Nest doorbell, controls my Hue lights and controls my Bluesound amplifier in a somewhat clunky manner (I think that might more be on Bluesound). Additionally, I can add items to my Google keep lists for the grocery and ironically, Walmart. My Google calendar and Google photos are also displayable on this smart speaker. I had considered an Android tablet for these same duties, but Google tablets have not been the best supported devices I have seen. This seemed like a more safe approach and I have been happy with the results. Not cheap, but reliable and effective. Recommended for Google users. For non-Android/Google folks, you could be just as happy with the Amazon Alexa speakers.

    This hub is a nice upgrade to its little brother. We had the original in our kitchen for recipes and music, but replaced it with the max. It's a very nice upgrade and easier to read from across the kitchen while cooking at the stove.

    We don't ever use the camera feature as we feel it to be possibly intrusive and a security risk,but all the other features (sound,responsiveness anywhere in the house! music availablity/variety) are very well done

    Decent device. Has limits.
    This is a cool device. Shows you your compatible cameras, use Duo to video chat, control compatible smart devices has a few fun games per installed. The issue I have with it is you can't check your email. You use your Gmail accounts to log in and ad users but it can't check your Gmail. I may be missing something but that does disappoint me. Be nice to say "Show me my email" but that gets a "don't know how to do that" response.

    Excellent Larger-Sized Home Hub
    An excellent upgrade over the standard sized Google Nest Hub. Bear in mind that if you wish to use the camera as a Nest Camera, you will need to subscribe to Nest Aware to be able to keep video and events. If like me, you already have Nest cameras, it works out well. Also note, the camera does not have night vision, so it really isn't very functional at night unless you leave a light on for it. The sound quality is excellent and makes watching YouTube videos pleasant. But, remember, you can't watch Amazon Prime Video on it, so if you use that, you'll have to use another device.

    Great speaker
    Great news! I would've been annoyed if this was broken, but they actually took their time and packed my Nest hug, Max, correctly. The display is big enough where I can see things on the screen, and the speakers are nice and loud.
