Giantex Comes through
My Daughter purchased the 15 ft version and it has served her family and friends well. Recently, I need a few parts and couldn't find a web site to obtain the parts. I contacted Giantex directly by clicking on their name in this Amazon site. Their response was fast. They were very eager to help and communicated several times to ensure they were sending the parts I needed. The parts were delivered as they promised and in a very timely manner. Frankly, their entire response exceeded my expectation. I would recommend buying from this company and if we need another trampoline in the future, we would buy another Giantex.

Easy, fun and can't beat the price
I was a little worried since I had read in one of the reviews that this person had to drill holes on the leg support bars because they did not match. After putting it all together I was sure I would have to do the same and drill holes since the leg support holes did not match up like in the instructions picture they provided but by luck (and before I started drilling), I noticed one of the supports actually did match....what???? Duh! I realize that I had inserted the tubeing facing the wrong way on the other three leg supports. I lifted each leg support one at a time, turned it around and they matched perfectly, put the screw in and it was ready to go. No big deal but glad I noticed I did one correctly and didn't start drilling. It took me about 2.5 hours to assemble it. The instructions are not very clear (would of given it a 5 star if the istructions were more clear), just be patient and study them well before you rush to put it together. It may save you time in the long run. You cant beat the price either compared to others we were considering buying. Kids love it! ...and some adults too. :)

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/05/2018SafetyThis is a very nice and large trampoline. It took 2 of us to put it together in about an hour, since it was our 1st time putting up a trampoline. Grandkids love it, which it was purchased for. The springs are very squeaky, but thinking that once lubricant is placed on them it may stop. Love the safety netting screen which surrounds the trampoline, it is sturdy and feels very secure with preventing the lil ones from falling out. It even has a zipper on the netting to help prevent smaller ones from inadvertently falling out. Very Nice!!!Giggles

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/02/2018The safety net is the best featureI purchased this trampoline over 2 years ago for my 3 very active boys. The overall construction of this trampoline is excellent. I would recommend this product to everyone looking for one. By far best trampoline ever purchased. Stay away from the Walmart brands that last maybe one seasondwayne Loos

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/25/2018Great trampoline for 200$.We’ve only had the trampoline set up for one day but we love it. We bought the 10ft version. A little on the small side but for my 2 and 5 year old it’s perfect. It’s suprisingly quiet too, no squeaky, squawky springs. Be sure not to lose any parts as they send you *exactly* what you need. No extras. Also, when assembling circular frame to tee peices, make sure the spring holes are facing up, it’s not specified in the instructions and I had to flip it over after getting halfaway thru assembly. Also, it came in 3 boxes, which arrived at separate times. All in all, great trampoline for 200$.Adam T. Nola

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/24/2018Nice TrampolineVery pleased so far. As mentioned in other reviews....several of the holes did not line up, so new holes had to be drilled. It's definitely a job for at least 2 people. After it was assembled everything seems solid. I do recommend going back and re-tightening everything after it's been used a few times. it will start to get a little noisy after a few days of using it, but after tightening everything again, it's been nice and quiet.Josh W.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/13/2018Great trampoline for the priceVery sturdy trampoline, holds a lot of weight, only complaint is the netting around it. The netting is cheap and has big gaps where it connect to the base of the trampoline so anybody that falls up against it will fall through and/or breake the net. The padding that covers the springs hold water when it rains is very cheap padding, we bought a different pad. We would recommend it.Melissa

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/09/2017This trampoline is awesome and super bouncyThis trampoline is awesome and super bouncy! The zipper on the net and the net both seem sturdy and of good quality. My only complaint is that the ladder doesn't stay hooked on very well and neither does the blue around the edges. Both slide around a little when we jump. It is only a minor inconvenience that I think the manufacture could easily fix with a little tweaking.Overall, I highly recommend it!Britbrat12928

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/06/2017Great trampoline!Love the trampoline! The only improvements that could be made are:1. The ladder doesn't stay put very well. We'll have to figure out a way to secure it ourselves.2. The net doesn't attach often enough around the base, which leaves plenty of gaps big enough for little people to easily fall through. We just used a ton of zip ties all the way around to make it work better for our family. All in all, sturdy and FUN!Sandy G.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/07/2017Good combo set for the price pointThe trampoline seems to be well built and both of our boys have really enjoyed it since receiving it on Christmas. We purchased this one over others we looked at because of the higher weight rating - we knew our boys would want the parents on there with them as well. We've had one adult and both kids on there at the same time and haven't noticed any adverse effects from the weight, so... There are two points of contention with this item: 1) As a lot of people have indicated, the instructions are lacking. When you buy the trampoline with the net enclosure, they give you all the hardware for the net enclosure. However, they also give you the screws you would have received if you had just bought the trampoline. Unfortunately, they did not specify that in the instructions and didn't do a good job clarifying which screws go where in the instructions, which led to us having to remove a bunch of incorrect screws and putting in the correct screws. Despite that, my husband and father-in-law still managed to assemble it in the dark in a couple of hours. 2) The ladder rungs are very narrow and painful on your feet when climbing up - at least on the adults. Haven't heard the kids complain about it. The ladder would be better if it had wider rungs, but this is minor overall.Mary K.
