My mom is getting use to the chair, so far she likes the chair. She is asking for the vibrations to be put on. It moves faster than the other chair she has to get use to that. Otherwise its fine.

Cheap, tiny and poorly made
Cheaply made. Holes for screws don't line up therefore making arm rest loose. Overall this recliner is very small and not very comfortable. Not made for anyone over 180lbs

    Good reclining chair! Poor massage chair.
    The chair is small and comfortable. Even though it is marketed as a massage chair, it's really a vibrating chair. If you are in the market for a chair with remote reclining feature its good, but if you are looking for a massage chair to be included than skip the purchase and find something else.

    breaks- no support
    contol breaks with little use. sent message asking where i can get a .new one. and their reply is "take a video of issue and submit it ot resalution center. they will look at the video in a few months and tell you what is wrong".

    Worse lift chair EVER!!
    This actually deserves a zero review as I have had it for one and one half years and the right side of the chair broke away from the chair, so I had to use bunny cords to keep it together. One week after that the motor broke and the chair is in the up position!!! Unable to even use it as a regular chair!! My husband is disabled and I need this type of chair.

    good chair, should have gotten fabric
    The recliner is nice, except it makes noises when you go to recline or from reclining to sitting up due to rubbing and the material used

    This is a smaller chair for a petite person, perfect for our needs. I originally considered ordering 2 chairs but had concerns that for the low price it would not be a quality chair. After 2 weeks we have determined it is what we needed. We will be ordering a second for a second room in the house. We will have two chairs that will be less costly than one. A super deal for us. Keep in mind, this is a smaller chair. We are very satisfied, it has meet our needs.

    Terrible I bought the recliner for myself it is the size of a child I cant use it at all after waiting a month for it I have no idea how I am going to return it. I hope Walmart reads this and helps me.
