    Telling all my girlfriends about my new find.
    At 76 my skin is thinner especially on my arms. Noticing a thicker feel now. Impressed. Face skin is tightened too. Started three months ago when my daughter gave me some. Daily routine from now on.

    Better than the infomercials on tv!
    I tried a different brand (advertised on tv,) but I came back to great lakes! It dissolves much better and has a less noticeable taste. The brand from tv was fishy tasting!

    This is by far my favorite collagen supplement! It dissolves perfectly in hot and cold. I take it in my coffee most mornings. My skin, hair and nails have improved so much! I have tried other products, but none of them are as effective.

    Easy to add to meals or beverages!
    No taste, I can put it in anything; my matcha latte, rice, oatmeal or soup. Add while grain or liquid is room temp (not hot) or it clumps.

    It's Working for Me
    I've been taking the Great Lakes collagen hydrolysate for many years, on the advice of my holistic doctor. I put the measure of collagen in a cup, fill it with juice of one quarter of a lemon and hot water before breakfast. I'm also taking everything else he recommended, the result is that nobody can believe I'm now 84! Was it the collagen? The other food supplements? Physical activity with riding or driving my horse? Who knows!
