New method stinks.
This new system stinks! Very inconvenient. After finally figuring out how to remove some items, they were still listed on my order. It took me over an hour to make two small changes in original order. My time is valuable. Go back to the way your ordering for pick up or I'll spend more money at Publix, but it will be time better spent to shop there and quicker than your current method. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

THINK TWICE before you order food delivery.
This item arrived with the container broken open, and contents strewn around inside the shipping box which was undamaged. Makes you wonder if the item was already opened before loading my box. Disgusting. Item is marked on the packing slip/invoice as non-returnable, probably because it is food. HOW CONFIDENT CAN I BE IN THE FUTURE ORDERING GROCERY ITEMS?????? Hello Amazon, my new supplier.

For me this mush of prunes is merely aesthetic because I use prunes as a digestive aid and am relatively indifferent to how the prunes appear. Other buyers, however, might prefer individual distinct prunes instead of the current mushy melange.Rita

Latest shipment of 2 containers showed numerous parts of pits and a lot had to be thrown away. The consistency has also changed to a congealed bunch of goo in the container. Quality control has taken a dive. It became nesessary to pick up the contents with a spoon. Worth tossing and betting something better.Darryl

The older stout containers which were same size top to bottom, I never found this problem, but these new containers are tapered from bottom to top, with the bottom the narrowest. Could be this tapered shape may lead to the inner seals popping off from any pressure or manufacturing defects, but each time the prunes within were spoiled, smell fermented and if eaten could make one ill. Have gotten several new ones same issue that I will stop buying these because no way to tell from the outside if inner seals are attached or off. Too bad as these are good tasting prunes, but too many of these have come with same issuesVivian
