I don't know how I can boil this macaroni for 20 minites and its still Al dente. Like not quite even al dente. And I boil my mac in chicken broth and these noodles obsorb NO flavor. I'm old...lol...I know how pasta should feel and taste.

    No chart to tell the dry vs. cooked amounts
    There is no conversion chart on the box to tell you how much dry macaroni will equate to cooked amounts. If my recipe calls for 2 cups of cooked macaroni I have no clue how much dry macaroni to use. Rice and grits boxes tell you the dry vs. cooked equivalents but I had to Google it.

    if I order pasta please send any kind. The shape doesn't make a difference to me. Elbows, Penne, Rigatoni, Ziti, etc. would have been a better choice than having me go without. That forces me to have to put a new order to see if maybe I will get whatever product I order and it's pricier because another tip.
