Great for fish pie or soup
I use Whiting Fillets for the fish pie. After defrosting I squeeze an excess water out and it is ready for the pie. My BIL makes fish soup with it. Priced reasonably.

Expired Fish
I purchased this fish on October 22, 2022 it has been in the freezer ever since it was purchased. I thawed out the fish and the fish looked old and did not look appetizing at all. This is my first time leaving a review for a product. I just had to let other shoppers know what I experienced. So they do not make the same mistake as I did by purchasing this product. I also have pictures to let everyone see what it looks like after the fish was thawed out.

Costs too much just to throw away
I like to bake fish. I baked 3 nice size fillets. Two of them were ok and held together. The other one was mush and tasted like poison. I couldn't eat it. My daughter didn't eat her's either. My fiancé ate his.. I took pictures. The expiration is 12/10/23 so it shouldn't be old. Costs too much to waste seasoning, parchment paper, avocado oil, electricity and time only to scrape in the trash..

    good taste
ordered these twice and both times i found a few bones in the fillets. this may not bother some people, but it scares me since i almost choked on fish bones when i was a kid. sorry, will not be ordering again.

    Great choice
This fish was very meaty and delicious. I cooked for a few people and they all commented on how meaty and delicious the fish was for it to have been frozen fish. This will be my go to for large crowds.
