Bright lightbulb
Ever since I purchased this type a few years ago, this is the only one I purchase. It actually brightens the room. Not that yucky yellow color, this is the bright white ur looking for.

Good for a short time
Great bulbs if you enjoy changing light bulbs and within a couple of months buying more. You will start to get a random flicker from time to time then nothing at all. Have had several since previous homeowner had them all over the house. Bought a couple of packs thinking maybe he got some bad ones and the house was built in 2014 that maybe they have been in here since new. From my experience since they have likely been changed about a dozen times or so since they built the house. Will not be buying more. Have had good luck with GE so far. They need to change 9 year claim to 9 hours…..Literally

    Not even the "brightest bulb;" it quit after 2 mo.
    Purchased 12/5 and installed immediately. However, despite packaging saying they will last up to 9 years with 3 hr use per day, two of these bulbs lasted just over 2 months. I checked them in other light fixtures and they are so dim (and flicker at that) that they give no illumination - and they're supposed to be 100 watt equivalent! Very disappointed!

    im back for more :)
    this price seems high, but i used to buy at $$ type stores..im sticking with exact bulb for my stained-glass type lamp ...the colors shine through beautifully!!!

    Plant lights
    I have a lot of plants and needed light bulbs that had at least 1500 lumens. honestly I wanted the cheapest set up possible. with the lamp plus the light bulbs ran me about $40 totals. a lot cheaper than actual plant lights and getting them installed in my case or above the plants. I leave on 16 hrs of the day and never had a problem with them getting too hot. i'm writing this review 5 months since i bought them. no issues. would buy again.

    LED General Purpose Soft White Light Bulb
    If you like saving money, and who doesn't, this is the way to go with Great Value LED General Purpose Bulbs. These bulbs use only 9 Watts of energy to product the equivalent of 60 Watts. The brightness or lumens is rated at 750, with an estimated life of 9 years. (Life based on 3 hours a day.) It gives out a soft white light and remember it is non dimmable. It is also shatter resistant and comes with a medium base. LED lights use 80% less energy so why not take advange of the money you will be saving.

    Very nice LED Light Bulbs
    I was looking forward to trying out these LED Light Bulbs. They are the equivalent of 60 Watt incandescent Light Bulbs and emit a very nice natural soft-white light. I put them in my bathroom fixture where skin tone is important and they did not disappoint. They gave a very nice glow without harsh shadows. They claim to have a 10,000 hour life and actually use 9 watts of power. If I didn't know better I would have thought they were regular incandescent light bulbs. They give off such a nice light! I'd recommend these bulbs to anyone who is looking to save energy, have a nice soft-white light, and have a long-lasting bulb.

    Great bulbs!
    After changing out my bulbs the light in my living room was obviously much brighter, and the area well illuminated. These bulbs are also rated for indoor and outdoor use in an enclosed fixture, so I replaced the bulb in our covered porch light by our front door and the area is now much brighter which is reassuring to me when coming home after dark. I would not hesitate to recommend these Great Value bulbs to anyone looking for replacement bulbs.

    Great Value LED 8.5 (60W Equivalent) A19 Light Bul
    I tried the LED 8.5 (60W Equivalent Light Bulbs today and was very surprised how bright they were. I first tried them in my living room but decided they were alittle too bright . I like that even though these bulbs are 60 watt they are energy efficient and only use 9 watts when in use. These bulbs use 80% less energy than regular bulbs. I like that they are shatter resistant. I decided that the closet is a perfect place for me to use these bulbs, their brightness helps me to see even into the corners. I would recommend these bulbs to anyone who likes a bright light.
