very potent ingredients but I wish it was vegan
I would prefer this to be a Vegan. Only Gelatin is bovine which usually derived from animal products.

    The pills are effective. I purchased it to aid my weight loss. It's been a month now sine I am taking this. Firstly, it does curbs appetite. I was hoping to take fewer calories than usual to go in a calorie deficit, but I wasn't successful as I used to snack at unusual times. I was very frustrated. I used to try different methods to suppress my appetite like drinking 3-4 cups of coffee but it made me feel bloated. I also used to drink green tea but I soon stopped because of the taste. When I saw this product, I immediately wanted to give it a try and I am happy that I gave it a shot. It might be because of wishful thinking, but I have managed to suppress my appetite.

    It's only been a week and although no weight loss just yet, I've definitely noticed a decrease in my appetite and actually feeling really good. No longer those midday slumps or craving for a nap. Initially I was concerned with the caffeine due to the jitters but have had no problems!
