I just got the watch and it looks beautiful. I'm excited to wear it. High quality statement piece. I am a woman with small wrists so the strap is on the last notch but that's okay because the strap has a hook to keep the band in place.

ugh
I've had this watch for 3 months. yesterday will be my third time wearing it. and it broke I am crushed I would get so many compliments on this piece. it is very beautiful. I rushed to a jewelry repair shop and it was informed that the way the watch is constructed it cannot be repaired. I cannot attach a new band. I am stuck. somebody help what do I do?

    Product came with lots of flaws
    Packaging looks great except the gucci box I received it in was damaged. Does not come with certificate of authenticity, also the model code box did not match the code in the pamphlet. Watch came dusty which I cleaned and with stains and the green and red rubber were stained and uneven with excess rubber sticking out, and can see glue through the cracks, everything else looked legit until I noticed the second hand did not match the face of the watch lines, from 6 to 12. The back of the watch with gucci flags did not match the picture which had lines going through them. Giving an extra star for the customer service because they reply on time. Other than that this product is making me question is authenticity because gucci is a luxury brand which presentation matters and products are supposed to be flawless and luxury. In the pictures it is showing the the second hand is just a couple cm away from the line from the face and the lines on the green and red rubber is uneven and has excess rubber sticking out. Will be returning if it is possible.

    looks cool from the pictures until u get the watch and see how plain and boring it is. the hands on the watch don't glow in the dark so its hard to tell time. the ruber makes the watch feel tight and stiff. I didn't have the watch for 3 weeks and it already broke on me. the band is cheap. I had g-shocks that were in better shape than this watch. I did myself a favor and returned it. What a waste of TIME.

    People dont know their colors in 2020
    I would love the olive green one. so I ordered one got a black one. They sent me the olive green. I thought but when I opened it. It was a gel green. So now at this point I dont want the watch since no one know their colors
