Disappointed
Went to file 2019 only to find out 2018 did not process. I received all my confirmations, etc.....and now, I'm sure I will be stuck with a penalty.....probably will not be using this going forward...I have been a loyal user for over 10 years...as well as my children.

    Missed Deadline
    Great software but I still missed the deadline!!! I woke up this morning with a gut feeling and sure enough, my taxes were not efiled yet. I thought I had. There needs to be something to tell you what to expect and I am sure there is somewhere but I missed the fine print. It should be big and bold. I don't know how much that mistake will cost me.

    Really Unhappy!
    Fail. The 2020 instructions directed me to send my 2020 return to the NC office. According to the IRS phone call I had on Monday, 2/14/2022 that was wrong. The Agent confirmed it should have went to my regional office in Austin, Texas. The result was that my underpayment check was cashed, of course, but my return ended up in a pile to be sent to Austin for processing. In other words, a black hole. As of today, my 2020 return has not been processed, rendering no Adjusted Gross Income in the system so I could E-file 2021 this year, as well as a letter from the IRS stating I did not file.The agent said if my return had been sent to Austin initially, it would have been processed the same day my check was presented for payment. That issue has been resolved with duplicate return sent to Austin. Can't say I'll use Tax Cut in 2022 season. Very disappointed, I feel set up for failure. Block Code 452xx-HPATV

    No Reason to Look Anywhere Else
    I have been using this software since I retired in 2008 and it calculates a much lower tax liability than I could do on my own. I don't even try anymore. Well more the money, especially with the extended download option that allows my children and older brother to also submit an accurate e-file return for free.

    E-Filed on 7/14 then had to refile 7/31
    I have been using this product for over 20 years (since floppy disks). This is the 1st time I had a problem. I e-filed on 7/14/20 the money was not withdrawn from the account I checked back on 7/31/20 and had to re-send. I should have paper filed!
