I have bought two different hoverboards from this company since Christmas not even 6 months ago both have stopped working . Bought new chargers still wouldnt charge , took them to walmart to return them and since their not actually from Walmart and through another company. They are no returns gave me the number to contact the company cant get through . Do not waste your money, I figure the third one I bought at the same time will go out soon enough. They were christmas gifts for my three girls. They are all junk!!!! Make sure if you order one offline that its strictly from Walmart have had no problems at all from the one I bought from there after the first one tore up

    Looks good super stylish and lightweight however from day one all 3 that i bought for all 3 of my kids bdays it wont charge right!!!! We followed instructions and it wont hold a charge any of them. I def want a refund.

    Terrible!
    It doesn't charge right! Replaced the battery and when the new one went dead it wouldn't charge either! This was the only Christmas gift my daughter really wanted and she can't even enjoy it because it has been dead majority of the time since she's opened it!

    Purchased 3 weeks ago and already having problems
    There is a reason this item is so cheap. It is literally junk in my opinion. We have put maybe a total of 15 miles on this item and it has issues maintaining balance. Therefore it is constantly flashing red saying it's out of balance Another horrible thing about this item is that there is no way to know what charge your battery is at. It can be fully charged one minute, and once the green light begins to flash(which supposedly means you have 50% battery left) you have literally 2-4 minutes before the battery life is critical and it's totally dead.

    I bought this as a shared gift for two 12 year olds, an 8 yr old, and a 7yr old. They love it. It seems to hold a charge well so far, and they got the hang of it quickly. My only concern is after the first day of use the exterior of the hover board was already covered in tons of scratches without being misused.
