This is a great computer! We got for my daughter and she loves to play the sims on it and she also does school work on it! We have had it for 4 months so far and it has been great!

    Very unhappy - not eat was advertised
    Received computer and it was supposed to have Windows program. When I went to start it up noting happened. I called tech support and after about 45 minutes it was determined that Windows program was never installed. So, I returned for a full return.

    Really nice, I've had it a little over a week now, no issues with the overall hardware or software, they were some scratches on the tower, but nothing major or any corruption, monitor is nice, no cracks or scratches. Run diagnostic tests on it myself, nothing to report, very clean. It's not Bluetooth ready, nor does it have a camera, but I did purchase separately, everything is good. Warning FedEx don't care about your package, dented box but no damage thankfully to the computer!

    This computer is not a refurb, this computer is HIGHLY DAMAGED, and should have been used for scrap parts. I brought this computer for my daughter for online school, the frame around the screen/monitor is cracked and coming apart, I just opened the box up not even 20 mins before I started writing this review. The keyboard had keys that were glued back together, the tower is riddled with debrie and dust; as if it's been sitting on the floor or a pallet and was just boxed and shipped. The audacity to do such and unscrupulous thing is disgusting and HIGHLY unprofessional, anything for a quick buck right? WRONG, I WILL BE CALLING MY BANK AND DOING A CHARGE BACK FOR THIS HORRID PRODUCT THAT YOU HAVE MISLABLED AS A "REFURBISHED GOOD", AND WHEN I SEND IT BACK TO YOUR COMPANY, PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND PUT THIS CRAP IN THE TRASH WHERE IT BELONGS.

    It doesn't look like the one in the picture. The screen goes out sometimes but comes back on if you unplug it and plug it back in. Other than that it's nice

    It was cheap so of course not perfect
    Computer was okay for price top of screen was bent a bit and the cd rom was pushed in a bit. But computer seems to be working okay. Don't expect perfection for the price. Came packaged well and secure. Great buy for kids

    Disappointed.
    The computer is much faster in comparison to my old one. However, the monitor I got was a 16 inch and it does not look like the one in the picture. It would have been ok because of the price except that after I used it one afternoon for few hours in a row the monitor background light filter turned green and I could not reset it.
