    This product came In refurbished , clean , looking brand new. It performed very well with no problems. However after an upgrade the system drive became fragmented and did not respond to the installed and newly installed defrag programs. I called product support and they said this was no problem, I disagreed. As more upgrades would've come in the problem would only get worse affecting overall performance. It appeared that the partitions for the system portion of the disk were too small and caused the problem. I ended up taking the computer back. I thought product supports response was poor and caused my decision.
