Amazing printer
Easy to setup. Very lightweight. No problem connecting my devices. Connects and Copies from my tablet and my phone. Printing made easy and it comes with 6 months free of HP ink which is amazing! This printer is absolutely perfect for school projects, work projects and crafts

Poor features/Short life
Disappointed when I downloaded the software. Unable to scan multiple pages into one pdf. You have to save each page separately and find a website that allows you to combine into one document. Purchased Oct 8, 2022, spotty printing (every other line blank) Nov 19, 2022. Tried all diagnostic tools, not fixable. A little over a month out of warranty. Now have to find a recycling center to dispose of it. HP use to be a reliable brand, not any more. Second HP Printer/Scanner that lasted less than 2 years. Recommend buying a different brand.

    Sold as new. Item was used.
    I bought this item and did not open it right away. Unfortunately, I'm sure it is past the return date but the item is used. Had dog hair all over it. None of the stickers that you're supposed to remove on a new printer were there. The print cartridges were already in the printer and used.

    Terrible experience
    Can't pull paper straight to print. Constantly sends an error message. Pulls two papers together. Doesn't pull at the right speed so the text is all messed but. Overall terrible.

    Best printer I've had %26 I've had the best!
    This printer is great! Easy to setup, uses Wi-Fi remotely and works great from my iPhone. It comes with full size ink cartridges and available to HP Ink Subscription which sends ink cartridges as needed. Prints documents and photos beautifully! Great price!

    Cheap no good
    I used it less than 5 times after I purchased, and finally I need to print something, I needed to print 18 pages but it stoped working after 10 pages and telling me that it is stocked, I tried turned it off and on few times but it is still says that it is stocked, there isn’t anything even in it, can someone from customer service help with it?

    Not much instructions on setup but a quick phone search the internet was helpful. Printing was a breeze, will be interesting to see how it does in 6 months because we only print a page or 2 every couple months. Scanning is a different issue. No software with printer, have little internet since we live so far from town. Tried to download software but could not figure that out. All HP wants is for you to hook to the internet but computer has no real internet. Took a couple hours to figure out a work around. Much more effort and time consuming than our old printer. After a few days, good price and I would purchase again.

    In the beginning it worked great but after a week or so the trouble began. It always disconnect from wifi. So it's never available when I need to print. Just horrible. It's also best to purchase your ink from a store and not use Hp because if you decide to cancel it or have a late payment even if you haven't used your paid for amount of prints it will not let you print and you lose money.
