Wish I could return it
This computer is the slowest piece of technology I have ever used. We cant even use it to do anything other than checking email, and that takes forever. No, its not our internet either. Im really unhappy with it. I didn't expect it to be a star, but i havent even added Microsoft to it and its this slow. I cant imagine actually using software. If i could ship the whole thing back I would.

    got it in today had an extra cord in packaging. set up hit power button all it does is ared flashing light with four beeps continious until unplugged

    Awful marketplace seller!
    I will never buy from this marketplace seller again! This desktop had a HP modem and a Dell monitor. It was dirty and looked like it had been left outside in the dirt. I had to clean it and sanitize it. It doesn't work now that I asked for my refund.... what's up with that?

    Please Do NOT Buy!!!! You will be Upset
    If I didn't have to give a star to write this review I would NOT! Please do not waste your money. I purchased 2 for my kids. I read other reviews but couldn't believe Walmart would allow a 3 rd party to sale broken items. Please save your money and do Not buy this. I already sent one back. Now I'm sending this one back. Please save yourself/your child the hassle of getting excited about a new computer.

    this computer is hot
    first walmart is excellent the product however was under par. it was easy to set up and plug in, however it took forever to arrive and it has overheating problems and would only run for 1-3 mins before shutting off and giving me a thermal error. sucks so bad cause i wanted it for my sons schooling.

    I returned this a soon as I could after it came..It had dial-up on it!! Come on..Anyways besides not being able to connect to my Wi-Fi the screen had a dent and nothing was wireless as I had read...just really disappointed when I got it...Didnt think they even still had dial-up computers..my son wanted one with a modem for his game or something so that's the only reason I got it, but sometimes a deal isn't a deal, u get what u pay for and in this case it sucked.

    Garbage old Item!!!!
    I'm highly upset. I brought this computer for my son 7th birthday. We hook it up, the day before virtual school began. It's sad to say, the computer does not work at all!!! When I opened the box, the serial number on the back on the hard drive was smudge and old.. It shows it's from 1997. That's 23yrs ago. I couldn't barely read the serial number to even give to HP to assist me with the problem. When I powered the computer on, their was a repair smell that was awful. It was like something frying up on the inside. I just opened up the package and it doesn't work. Im highly upset off and got the run around today. I'll call back tomorrow. Do Not Order this product
