Excellent HP Package
Excellent system to surf the net. Ample storage for file downloads. But in WiFi with plenty of USB for user accessories. Monitor easly fits on the mIn unit in the flat position.

The processor isn't as it was described when I bought it. Computer has crashed on me twice since purchasing it as well. Am not happy with it at all. I had purchased for my at home job, and doesnt meet requirements, even when it should have by description.

    The computer does not come with the required cords. To use it for the internet you have to use a wireless plug in and antenna.

    Very unhappy
    Loved that it came fast but very dissatisfied with it's appearance. They're scratches all over the modem. Makes it look old and used.

    Beware of Discount computers!!
    I would not recommend buying a refurbished computer from discount computers, as soon as I got it, it took over a week to get wasn't supposed to, then I have had to replace the keyboard already and I can't get ANY speakers to work on the computer. It's a very old screen they sent not even a HP screen like the description. And they never reply back to you

    just got this delivered today after a delay that they didn't even inform me about until I messaged them first, going through the setup process there is a little notice on the bottom right hand side that states activate windows and the only way to get it to go away is to put in a product key that didn't come with the computer and of course they have already closed for the day so I will be attempting to contact them tomorrow during my lunch to try and get it. I will update if this issue gets resolved.

    One frustrated costumer
    I bought my girlfriend this computer so she could finish her schooling. When we opened the box the computer was completely messed up. The monitor was an old cheap one that didn't even match the tower. They both were badly damaged. I've contacted the seller and for the past feewww days no one will write me back or anything. I have sent it back to them. Hopefully they'll just send my money back. Would not recommend buying this product. Oh yeah and I did try to cut it on but the monitor buttons wouldn't work and the tower just kept beeping with a red light flashing.

    After removing the bald up paper and separator.
    Three words. Customer Service, customer service, customer service. Didn't get everything as advertised. Package came without the monitor. I contacted the seller and in return they sent me an email trying to tell me how to open the package and look for a monitor. I didn't touch it anymore after seeing there was no monitor in the package.

    We finally got the table for the computer which was a gift. So, we are opening the box now and setting up the computer and the monitor wont go on-so we dont know if the computer works
