i would definitely buy from this company again
they stand behind their products but I would buy the PC pro update models , i ended up buying the home version windows 11 and their are certain things I can not do like eliminate the updates. they were fast in sending the product and when i had a problem they were fast in replacing the problem. the problem was with my monitor.. This company is reliable,dependably, and you can trust their products....

This was supposed to be a desktop with WiFi connections. Well WiFi is not connecting and the usb wireless connector included kept malfunctioning. It said on the invoice to contact seller before leaving a bad rating. WELL BEFORE YOU SAY THAT MAYBE IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO LEAVE YOUR CONTACT INFO. I will be returning immediately!!!!!

    didn't come with proper cords
    Box did get delivered on time- however didnt come with proper power and connection cords. Daughter opened for Christmas and cannot use till we order correct connection cords.

    Disappointed
    Would have been nice if it would have all shown up. Had no power cord or any instructions. Had to return and bought another. Price was very good and probably would have enjoyed it had it all been there

    definitely worth the money
    WORTH THE MONEY!!! was very shocked at the quality of this computer but so far so good, came with everything needed with spec details in box. monitor is Dell tower is hp mouse and keyboard brand unknown but work very well, very clean set. started right up after the first boot up which took a while fast response time and is perfect for work from home. came with wifi adapter that is plugged in with USB. really happy about my purchase I bought the speakers for 9.99 at Walmart as well. desk and chair coming in the mail in a few days
