Great costumer service
I was so happy with it but it was missing a power cord and a wifi adapter so I emailed the guy and he said he would ship the missing parts to me

The Worst Service Ever.
From the minute I received this computer it has been a nightmare. There is no manual, no instructions only a paper saying STOP call this number, but when you call there is a two hour difference and they are not open on the weekends and don't call back. When I finally got to talk to someone they entered a request to send me a program to fix the issue and should get it in 2 - 3 days. That was on 05/27 and when I called again on this the same man, "Dollar" said the ordered was only entered today!! Now I should get it in 2 - 3 day. I expressed how unhappy I am with the company and if I didn't get the program in the next few days I would be returning it, but he didn't care, his attitude was like he was bored and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I have never disliked a product or company so much. Because of the hassle of disconnecting, packing and sending back the computer I will wait to see if I will actually get what was promised. My best advice for this product DO NOT BUY!!!!

    The connection for it to be dual monitor did not work. It's also asking for a ethernet cable. It came dirty with stains and scratches everywhere, even little scratches on the monitor screens.

    We could've gotten better for the price
    The tower makes a weird sound when it's on, the “x” key sticks on the keyboard, and the screens have a different display brightness/hue even though they're on the exact same settings.

    The computer had some scratches on the front and it came with the wrong monitor cables that I had to order. Once I got the right cables the computer works great

    Great product and customer service.
    Considering specs, this is a great deal. I had issues with the WiFi and I'm sure they would have helped but it was more convenient for me to purchase a cheap WiFi adapter from my local Walmart. Quick fix. I did have issues setting up my dual monitors to extend the screen opposed to the second screen merely duplicating the first. I emailed them and they replied not even 24 hours with a quick and easy fix. Great product and customer service.
