Nice gaming laptop
I have been using this laptop for two weeks now and I have to say im pretty impressed with it. The start up takes about 40 seconds mostly due to the nvme ssd sticks which is actually alot faster then my desktop tower which is using an hdd. As for gaming my son was able to play fortnite and Minecraft with a decent frame rate not sue about more resource heavy games like Call of Duty coming out this week. All in all the Laptop is worth the money for basic gaming and usage. Dont expect anything revolutionary.

    Pretty durable after extensive use, 1 year
    It has been good performance. I use the laptop extensively, daily while on my lap seated on a bed or chair. No major problems. the left USB port disconnects and reconnects, though, so I don't use it. I am afraid it may happen on the right side. I have dropped this computer multiple times from a low distance onto carpeted or wooden floor (2 feet or so). It has held up after maybe 5-10 drops. Yes, I am not careful enough, but it says something about durability imho.

    Excellent for Game Play and for Mylti Tasking
    A few months back my wife and I decided to upgrade our laptop PC with something that can handle not just all of the various tasks my wife needs to execute daily as a teachers aid, but also for me to be able to play all of the games I enjoy. I couldn't be happier with the HP Pavilion 15-dk0068wm Gaming PC. Lighting Fast response, sleek and powerful. Easily handles high grade graphics without lagging or missing a beat!

    Beware with this one
    Beware, this HP is not made well and it runs slow. I dont have time today to write a clever, long review. Just suffice it to say I am a grown adult who is able to keep computers for years. I've had this one a year and a half and it is ruined. Side note, my others are all $250 and under, some HP. So disappointed

    Fast, Great graphics, Nice design!
    I love this laptop I have been looking for a good gaming commuter at a decent price I didn't want a desktop. IT also looks super sleek and unique! SPEED: I was a little weary but this laptop is super fast it downloaded the sim4 , sim3 and the 10 explanations I own and all of my other origin games in under 45 mins my old laptop would take an hour just to download the base game of sims, loads pages and apps right up. GRAPHICS/SCREEN: Not sure why I saw some negative reviews about this graphics are great and so is the screen resolution pictures are just beautiful on this laptop I was amazed in how it made everything look better great HD screen. KEYBOARD: Keyboard looks great no issues with buttons they font also looks unique I did however notice the left side the keyboard pushes in a little further when I press those buttons. I was very excited to have a green glowing computer however the light stopped working for me a few days in this is why I game 4 stars. I do love the computer regardless and don't want to deal with waiting for another computer in this pandemic. it did take way to long for shipping I was patient however my laptop went back and fourth on a truck to be deilverd each day ALL because I Walmart employee was on lunch break during the time of deilvery so Fed-Ex took my item back it was a nightmare and took me almost a week to get my computer I am surprised I didn't have more issues then just my keyboard

    I'm glad I made this purchase!
    I use it for work and it works faster than my old desk top. The speed is fantastic and the graphics are amazing. The screen is smaller than expected but it was easy to add a second monitor. It also works great for my video game as well. Will definitely recommend.

    I really love this gaming machine, it starts up fast and goes to web sites really quick. I plan on updating the ram to 16bg then it should be lighting fast, Games load and play very well, no lag time, I would recommend this gaming laptop.

    Best laptop I've had so far
    The HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk0068wm is great from the start. The design of this computer is great, looks really nice with it's centered hinge, looks new and fresh. The setup was the easiest ever, with Cortana talking me through it, which you can also turn off, and she tells you this. The keyboard is great too with a super soft button feel that doesn't click. The keys and the keypad feel cushioned when you push them, love that! The graphics look so good, better than my tv, with no lag while gaming, which I know is important to the gamer... The sound quality is way better than I expected, gets plenty loud and sounds stereo, with the perfect amount of bass and treble. The lighted keyboard looks great in that green, (I always call it gamer green) and you can put it on high/low/off, which was important to my son, so he can turn it off during class.... I think HP has really stepped it up with this laptop, and we love it...
