A Must Have!
We have been using this Halo Bassinet glide sleeper for a few weeks now and we love it! I wanted my son to be in my bedroom so this was this perfect choice for our family. He gets his own little space but yet he is still safe and secure right next to me. It is super convenient! Putting this bassinet together was simple and within a half hour it was set up and ready to go! The bassinet is super sturdy and the quality is exceptional. I love the colors and the simple pattern as it goes well with any décor and can be used for any gender. I like that you can adjust the height to any bed needed especially since we plan on using this when we go on vacation in a few weeks. Our current bed is a high pillow top King bed and it connects perfectly! The mesh sides are great, not only are they needed for proper ventilation but they allow you to always see your little one. The retractable side wall is a life saver! With some gentle pressure you can easily get to your little one which makes feeding, soothing and changing so much easier! I love that I can gently move the bassinet away from my bed without the fear of waking up my little one. I use this bassinet in a variety of rooms in my home and it glides over both our hardwood floors and carpet easily. This bassinet is also lightweight which is good for when you need to take the bassinet from one floor of the house to another. The pocket is handy to store needed items such as diapers and wipes. I wish I had this bassinet with my other children as it has so many convenient features! Halo thought of everything when designing this bassinet! I highly recommend this bassinet to anyone with a newborn or for anyone who is expecting. This would also make a fabulous baby shower gift! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Can't Finish Assembly
This bassinet is a pain to assemble, but I am sure it is worth it. However, I cannot even finish putting it together. I can't attach the bassinet to the base. It is missing the threads on one side of the glide handle. So, now I don't know what to do.

    Brand new out the box and trying to assemble this is a headache. The base and legs weren't cut properly so they don't fit for many of the end pieces…

    This was very difficult to put together with pieces that were flipped the wrong direction. We had to rearrange some of the bed of the bassinet to make it hold right in the connections. Many screws didn't even fit in the sockets. The bassinet was harder to put together than another piece of furniture for our nursery.

    newborn rolls, not stable
    This bassinet is very unstable. My 5 day old newborn rolled over within the first 5 minutes of being placed in it. If she is not balanced perfectly centered she rolls. If she starts to move the bassinet acts like a spring diving board and rolls her to on side or the other.

    Poor Craftsmanship
    I was very disappointed with this purchase. I decided to get a new bassinet for my third child. Our other one was stored in the basement for a few years and wasn't in great shape. I liked the way this bassinet fits right over the side of the bed. My husband and I noticed defects with the bassinet while putting it together. The first issue was that the fabric did not fit correctly (was not sewn on right). We had to stretch it out really far on one side which made it crooked and really tight. I am surprised the material did not rip. The next thing we did was put the screws through the bottom. The fabric did not line up with the holes. We had to stretch the fabric again. When my husband started to tightened the screws onto the support rods, the one went right through the particle board bottom (he was using a hand screw driver). Once everything was tightened up we noticed that the bassinet did not sit flat. My husband had to push on the posts to get the bassinet to be more level. Lastly, the smell from the particle board bottom is way too strong. Although this smell may go away over time, I am not impressed by all the other issues. The craftsmanship is just sad considering the price you pay. I would not recommend this product to others.

    This Halo bassinest Glide sleeper is absolutely amazing! It's so easy to put together, so attractive and easily put up when not in use. I really do wish that these where available when I had my other three children I probably could have gotten more sleep. I love the fact that you can place it next to your bed and when your baby wakes up you just grab a hold of the handle and slide it over to you without even having to place one foot on the floor. I know my baby will get a wonderful night sleep in it as you can rock it as you lay in bed and get your own rest. It really is going to be a necessity when my baby comes. Almost makes me wish they made these in adult size. No new mother should have to sacrifice her rest any longer.

    I could not be more great full for the quality of this product. Well built and very simple to put together this took me about 15 minutes being my first time. Any one can put this together few screws and push pins and your all set. The adjustable heights makes this bassinest convenient for any bed.the front bar that swivels does have locks on Both sides to keep it from moving.     Great newborn bassinet
    I absolutely adore this bassinet. HALO Bassinest glide sleeper has everything I wanted for my baby. I like that it's glides under my bed and adjust any high that I'll need to sleep comfortable next to my baby. I love the idea of not walking far to check on and feed my baby. Great quality and was very easy to assemble. Must have for every baby shower list.
