could not use for what I bought it for
This metal is very strong and thick BUT the entire stand itself is not what I thought it would be. I actually bought it for a sensory pod swing and it actually hangs perfectly on this stand. It is my fault completely for buying a stand designed like this for my daughter swing and it not working as it should BUT the stand is wobbly. my daughter is only 3 so she will just sit in the pod swing and watch her tablet. I will stand there and GENTLY nudge her so she isn't sitting still and the stand has tried to tip multiple times. I understand this is not a swing stand but you would think you could lightly rock horizontally and it not tip the stand. Also, the stand will allow the pod swing to hang and BARELY move side to side (but your better sitting still!) but the cushion will often bump into the bar in behind the swing. so if your looking for a stand for your pod swing, I would definitely look elsewhere

    Good Product, but not Perfect
    I bought the white one and I got a black one so that was a bummer. Also, the holes on the post didn't line up perfectly so we were only able to get one screw in, instead of two. Other than, it seems very solid. It was easy to assemble minus the screw issue. Overall, we are happy with it, though I still wish is was white. It was for a Christmas present though and so I didn't have time to exchange it.

    Overall a good purchase so far
    I bought this hammock for my 2 months old baby as she likes to swing while sleeping. This hammock solves my purpose so far but there is some assembly/fitting issue which loosens the rod and I need to tighten the screws every alternate day. This could be dangerous but I am quite careful with that. I thought of replacing it but it's quite heavy and I couldn't do it alone. Other than that it's sturdy. I have not checked if this bears adult's weight as it describes but I will do that sooner.

    The frame is chipped and one of the screws is missing. It seems like I got a box that was previously opened which may be why the screw is missing and why the frame is chipped.

    After just 6 months the welding on one of the legs let go and I fell from the chair. I do not recommend for long term use!

    Good frame
    Great stand for hammock chairs. Very sturdy. I was Disappointed that there was some type of foam hoop stuck to one of the caps that shows at the top of the frame. Couldnt get it off.

    Great hobo swing stand!
    I got this for my daughter. She said it was very heavy but she was able to move it to her patio and put it together by herself.
