Great cameras for an affordable price!
We purchased these cameras to help deal with security issues while also bringing us peace of mind. This camera system has definately delivered and lived up to it's claims. It was very simple to set up, even for someone not so technologically saavy such as myself. It has a very clear day and night time video. It hooked up to our laptop and phones effortlessly and I love that I can see and control the cameras from my phone! The base can hook up to 8 cameras even if they aren't the same brand. We had two existing cameras that are a different brand and we are able to hook them into our system (we did have to buy an 8 camera cord since the system only came with a 4 camera cord hook up). My only problem with this system was that it didn't have an internal hard drive. It does allow for an external drive hook up, which we ended up doing so that recordings could be saved in case of an incident. Overall we are very happy with this system for the price we got it for. Highly recommended!

    Cheap, cheap, yet effective.
    Wired security systems are the most reliable. The cables are around 50 feet long. The cameras have set screws that are fragile. The video quality at 1080p is low by today's standards. If you are looking to capture video this is a discount, but you get what you pay for. One of the four cameras has a rainbow effect. Recording and accessing recordings are relatively easy. If you need a cheap and effective system, this is a start. Waiting for customer service to help with the rainbow effect camera.

    Best thing about this system is the night vision on the cameras, you can see everything at night and at quite a distance as well, although its not pitch black where I have them mounted I can clearly see 100ft. I don't use the other features as I only bought this to be able to see at night and they nailed it, if your cameras don't show well at night buy this set up.

    HeimVision HM245 Security Camera System
    I am very pleased with the quality of the cameras especially for the price, good clear picture and i live out in the country so when it rains the wifi goes out alot, so thats why i like the HeimVision HM245 WIRED security camera system, if i got the wifi camera system then i would not be able to use it when it rains, but the wired system works 100% of the time, i would recomend the HeimVision HM245 to anyone!

    Best security system!
    I loved everything about this system, It's easy to hook up and has a very clear picture of what you see on your camera. I would recommend this to my friends. I have other cameras that are wireless, and they don't show the best of picture that this one does.

    a great camera system at a great price
    the camera system works well I'm able to access it through my phone which allows me to view the cameras anytime any even when I am not currently at home I have another system. A swan with eight cameras and it will not allow me to access to my phone meaning it gives you directions but it doesn't work I am happy with this system and I'm going to order another set to replace the old swan system thanks for your cameras love them.
