Picture is worth a thousand words.
The HP 27IPS Full HD (1920 x 1080) Micro-edge Monitor, HDMI, VGA, 60hz 5ms - 27M is a great monitor! Set up was incredibly simple. There are three parts to assemble: the monitor and a two piece stand. The stand is put together with one screw! That piece slides into the back of the monitor. I worried a little as I pushed the stand into the monitor because it is a tight fit; but in the end it all worked perfectly. You can hear a snap when it is in place. There are two connection ports. An HDMI cable is supplied and there is a VGA port. I used the HDMI connection. Plug in the video connection. Plug in the power and watch it light up! The colors are amazingly brilliant. I think anyone will be happy with the look. As a gamer I thought about the 5ms gray to gray response time. I am not a tech person; but I can tell you, I have not noticed any ghosting. The picture is clear with no noticeable lag. I am amazed at how thin the monitor is. The top is the thickness of 5 credit cards. The bottom , where the connections and controls are, is about the thickness of a deck of cards. This is a wonderful monitor. I highly recommend it!

    Great Product
    As a graphic artist I bought this monitor for my 2019 MacBook Pro, I spend hours working at home with great image quality and I am thinking of buying another one for my office. It is a worth of a price!

    Works Great - Saves My Back and Eyes
    I was getting bad backaches from leaning into my 2014 13 inch Macbook Air to see it and was going to splurge several thousand dollars on a desktop with a big monitor, when I saw a youtube video a girl had made showing how to connect a large monitor to a Macbook Air, so instead I bought a refurbished 2020 Macbook air and this HP monitor and saved LOTS of money, and thankfully it worked out great. The monitor is crisp and clear and has worked flawlessly for a few months now. This display is as bright and clear as the computer's own display, maybe even better, but of course is much easier to see and read. All I had to do was buy a little "Type C to HDMI" adapter, the box for which I will show a picture of. (The adapter also lets me play a cheapo DVD player through my Macbook Air, which doesn't come with a CD player. To get the monitor to be the laptop's primary display there was a place in the computer's "System Preferences" called "Displays" that was designed to set this up. If you're handy with computers it's more or less plug and play. I'm no computer genius so it took a little finaggling for me but there is plenty of advice via Apple and youtube.

    Great quality and value for external monitor
    My job recently went remote and required an extra monitor. It came with 2 different connection options: HDMI to HDMI and VGA to VGA. It is heavy duty, and much larger than I anticipated. It was easy to put together and hook up to my HP laptop. I used my laptop display setting to change it from mirroring my laptop screen to split screen. Price is great for this monitor. Picture is excellent.

    Perfect Sized Monitor for the Desk!
    I use a laptop on my office desk and when I got the opportunity to have this 27" monitor I couldn't wait. Out of the box you will have to attach the stand to the screen unless you plan to wall mount it. It was a simple process, just one screw that actually comes with a flip up handle that you can tighten without a screw driver. Once that is done, set it on the desk, plug it in and fire it up. The monitor attaches to the laptop/computer via the included HDMI cable. The colors and graphics on the full HD are what you would expect from an HD monitor. It is 1920 x 1080, so the size of the text and pictures are large enough to be seen while sitting back away from the desk. The screen can also tilt forward and back to adjust to the angle that you are comfortable looking at. I have used HP computers for years and the HP monitor is one more great product from HP.

    Right out the box plug and play capability, excellent for extending your display setup with hdmi ports, base allows for tilt if needed portrait or landscape. Picture is clear and sharp excellent for developers who need extra monitors to run extra programs. Easy to use on screen display settings as well.

    Great HP Micro-edge Monitor
    I really needed this monitor working from home. I had one but when your used to working with two screens for years in the office it's a little difficult. This 27 inch monitor is great. It was easy to set up and connect to the other monitor. It has a great picture and clarity. It's a thin sleek design and light weight.

    Beautiful, Clear and Large HP Micro Edge Monitor
    Received this HP Monitor as a member of the Spark Reviewer Program. The timing could not have been better ! Just as the Hubby was getting going on the work from home order and our new normal this larger monitor really came in handy. It is being used daily and he has no complaints whatsoever ! Easily sets up and is crystal clear ! In the photos provided you can see how large this monitor is in relation to the laptop and other monitor we already owned.Thanks for allowing us to test this product, Walmart !!

    The quality is exceptional and the picture is clear. I have an HP computer now, so I set this up right next to it to compare them. My current HP monitor is only a couple of years old, so it is still a great picture, but it is still a fair comparison. I took a side-by-side photo (the red arrow is pointing to this monitor). This HP 27M HD monitor has a matte screen so the glare was nil compared to mine which has more of a "clear" cover. When I set up new monitors (I set up workstations at my job), it can be tedious to get the settings to match the second monitor, but I just took out some blue hues and decreased the brightness and ta-da. Done. This was easy and painless to set up and I love the size and clarity. A++. :)
