Strongly Recommend Holy Stone
Terrific and well-made drone, and with excellent customer service. I had an issue with the drone and contacted their customer service by telephone and email, and they responded immediately (and notwithstanding they were based in China). Both Max and Ada in customer service were helpful, responsive, and showed genuine concern. I highly recommend Holy Stone.

Not happy
That batteries won't stay charged longer than 10 minutes and it will not stay connected to my phone which in return messes the videos up and picture quality sucks

    I purchased this drone as a gift for my husband. It wasn't working properly and I started the return process. I dont know who I initially was emailing with but that person was not willing to refund. Somehow another employee contacted me and was extremely helpful in getting my return processed quickly. I feel like if the drone didnt have a small malfunction it would have been a great item for my husband so Im giving 5 stars.

    Excellent choice, specially if it's your first
    it is a first time user drone And I like it. It has a bag easy to handle, the quality in camera is very good, long distance is also very good, no issues with battery. This was a present for my husband and I was afraid about breaking the drone, it is the first one we have. There are better drones in the market but definitely not at this price. Highly recommended!

    Poor quality
    Cheaply made product. How it once, went to put it back in the box and one of the wing pieces broke off. Took it back to store and still waiting to be refunded.

    Good value. Decent quality.
    Not sure if there's an option to buy a higher resolution camera, but that would be nice. Camera is decent for most applications. Had a little problem calibrating the unit and called customer support. Was helped within a matter of minutes, which is pretty impressive these days. I'd have to say that for the money, this drone is a good value. Pretty stable in wind considering size. Nice to have two batteries. Wish they had a detached charging station though. I'm still not real great at getting the wifi to connect with the phone. It seems to take a couple tries, but could be something I'm doing or not doing.

    I bought this drone. I opened it for the first time and charged the batteries. I went to fly the drone only to find out the controller was defective. I contacted the manufacturer and they agreed to send me a new controller. the bad thing is that it's in there warehouse in China. so after paying over 300$ for this drone I can't even fly it because the manufacturer says it could take over 30 days for me to receive the new controller.

    Good Price, Stable, Fun To Fly, Can't Turn It
    I liked the price, which seemed reasonable, I like having a carrying case, I like the flying time on one battery, I like the fact that the charger can charge two batteries at the same time, I like how stable it is, even when it's slightly windy outside, hovering in one place, at least for a while, without moving the controls. However, I neither like or dislike it, and I consider it an observation, but it seems to only fly out to a certain distance from the launch point, a certain diameter from the launch point, like maybe 50 feet in diameter, or 100 feet in circumference, and definitely within sight of me, and even only goes upwards to about 50 feet or so, but that may be the range of Wi-Fi between the controller and the drone itself, but even away from the launch point horizontally, it will only fly out to about 50 feet, or so, and will stop and turn around, and will face back towards the launch point, even when still pushing the stick forward, even when walking right underneath the drone and staying close to the drone, like if the drone has either been put either into the RTH Mode, but the drone doesn't start back and will just hover until I give it a different command, or the Point of Interest Mode, but the drone doesn't fly in a circle and will again just hover there, and it just hovers until I give it a different command than forward, and once it reaches a certain diameter, maybe 50 feet or so from the launch point, the drone turns itself around by itself, 180 degrees, no matter what mode I'm flying in. and then just sits there hovering, even if I try to go farther away from the launch point, or like I had set up a Tap Fly flight, but the drone will do whatever else I want it to do, other than continuing to fly in the same direction that I was going in, and just keeps turning around hovering, just like if it's flying in a certain "zone" or something. There's one thing that makes my 5-Star rating a 4-Star rating, and that is, I can only turn Left and Right at times, and then, all of a sudden, I can't turn, or rotate, the drone Left or Right, so sometimes I can control turning Right and Left, but more than 50-75% of the time I can't turn the drone Left or Right, and I tried it with the drone at different elevations, and different distances, close and far, and no difference. I tried running the Compass Calibration a few times but I still can't turn the drone. Anyway, if I could "always" turn the drone Left or right, rotate Left or Right that is, because I can always go side ways Left or Right, and always can go up, at least to a certain altitude, and down, and I can go forward and back, at least to that, what seems to be an, "invisible boundary" anyway, then I'd give it a 5-Star rating,even though the drone only goes so far away from the launch point. By the way, I did try flying today with the GPS turned off for the first time, and the drone still would only go about 50 feet away from the launch point, then would turn around on me.

    very good Drone
    I did a research for a drone and found this HS720. This is a very nice and good drone to fly. I like its stability, hovering and tilted camera controlled by the controller. I watched several videos on YouTube and decided to buy this drone. I have had it for a week now and love it so far. You can connect the drone with your smartphone and fly FPV. I have tested the RTH (Return to Home) command and it really comes back in a circle of 3 ft from the point it took off with just pushing the RTH button. I have tested the battery life using camera to record and FPV and it last between 18 to 21 min., the controller will make a beep to let you know the battery in the drone is low so automatically start the RTH command by itself, this is great. Pictures and videos are recorded in the TF card if the drone has one, if not, it saves it in the app phone. Also I have tried the "Follow me" command and it really works, it follows the controller, just make sure it is high enough so it won't hit a tree or a light pole and the drone will follow you wherever you go with the controller. I have flew drones before so I'm not calling myself a beginner but not an expert either, however, this drone is easy to fly for beginners since it will hover in place when your fingers are out of the controller. I will start to teach my kids to fly this drone and will consider to give them to my kids and get the HS720E for me. I'm very happy with the HS720 so far.
