Homepod Mini Packs a Punch!
I love the sound that comes from the Apple Homepod Mini. It blows most of my bluetooth speakers away. I have one in the basement and one in the bedroom. Linking to my iPhone is a huge plus. Set up is done automatically with the iPhone which makes things SO MUCH EASIER. Love!

Dont waste your money
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought this for me sister (who owns an iPhone) and her husband (who owns a galaxy). THIS GLORIFIED SPEAKER ONLY WORKS WITH ICLOUD AND NOT WITH BLUETOOTH. This means that only Apple products can be connected to it. So she swapped it out for an Amazon echo. Save yourself the time and money by just getting an echo

    One of the best purchases I've made
    This device enables Apple's HomeKit in your home. If you are not invested into Apple's products you might want to try Google's or Amazon's smart speakers. However, if you own one or more devices from Apple, then this speaker allows you to do so many things. It's really very smart, and it really has simplified so many of my daily tasks. I don't really know where HomeKit fits into your overall life flow. I know it's a great addition to home sound systems, and the mini version does pack a much better sound quality than Amazon Alexa's Dot. I have used it to turn lights on and create alarms that play music in my bedroom in the morning, without needing to keep my phone close when I go to bed (which allows for better sleep quality in my personal experience). It is more expensive than the competition, but having been a previous Google product user for many years, having switched to Apple has been a great experience, and one of the best decisions ever. Another important aspect is the priority Apple has been giving to Privacy in their ecosystem. To be honest, If I had to have a Google device constantly listening to what I or other family members are saying all day long, I wouldn't feel at ease the entire day. Hope it helps!

    Great sound, small speakers
    The ease of set-up, sound clarity (I use dual speakers), and Siri's seamless connection to wifi, all made this an excellent choice for our new home where we wanted large sound but small speakers.

    Love my HomePod
    I love my HomePod. Easy to setup with my iPhone and now Siri helps me throughout the house. I have it connected to my Wemo plug, through the Home app and Siri can turn on my light, play my music and keep me updated on the weather and news!

    I love all my Apple devices and Im so glad they came out with this mini speaker. The sound is excellent for something thats the size of a grapefruit. The top has a touchpad for volume if you dont want to mess with your phone as the remote. It also works with Siri, so you can ask Siri to raise and lower the volume. The only thing that could make this better would be if it was wireless.

    It's sound is excellent BUT
    Ok. So forgive me if this is just me doing anything wrong BUT… I love to play music over this thing! The sound is good. When I turn it up it is great without distortion etc. now this thing works over WiFi… I wish it had a Bluetooth option because I have a split modem and double router so I have 4 networks in my home, so my phone just hops to whatever internet is the best! It's usually the same one but when it's not I can't voice communicate with Siri because it says ‘learn my voice' is not activated and prompts me to do the whole ‘hey Siri' ‘hey siri play some music' ‘hey siri set a timer for 3 minutes' etc and it's annoying! I like how I can take calls on it and it doesn't have any problems hearing me. Another annoying thing is because I have it on my bedside table next to my Alexa if you accidentally tap it. BAM music turns on (at the same volume you had it at before.) so at night, it's quite terrifying LOL! (I've done it like 3 times lol) my kids have done it while reaching for items. It's easily knocked off the table if you Aren't using the sticky pad on the bottom. I haven't stuck mine down because of its location. It might change… Now when I say hey Siri it's a battle to see who responds tho LOL (watch, phone, HomePod etc.) At the moments it's a glorified speaker. But at least the speaker is good. I hope that braided wire holds out! Hopefully I'll use it for more in the future than I do now. I got it for $90, so it's ok.

    This thing, for its size packs a punch! I am very impressed with its sound. You can turn it all the way up without any distortion. I do not use it as smart speaker, I simply use it to stream over Airplay 2, without WiFi. Cant recommend it high enough for its sound. Impressed!
