junk chair
chair broke within 4 hours . makes grinding noise and hesitates to go in position. i weigh 190 lbs and 6 ft. i notified sales and they would not work with me to exchange chair. gave me a 30 credit. i finally gave the chair to someone who did not care that it was broke. they were happy to have anything. beware of seller

    Chair Looks Cheaply Made in Person
    Very Cheaply Made. Its firm but not super Comfy. It sits for a small person. The back reclins out the same time as the foot does. Would not recommend for a tall or Large person. It Lifted me up well. I did not like the ugly brown microfiber either. All plugs did work but you have to match them up accordingly because the instructions are not good ones. Gotta Return it to a FedEx Location (angry face)

    Not comfortable at all does not set up straight it's narrow just not comfortable you would think for a chair with this weight capacity it would be built for Comfort also not at all very disappointed

    Chair arrived. No manual or instructions. Assembled. Connected to power, and control lit up. Pushed for lift to test it, and lifted just fine, then quit, with no power at control. Rechecked all connections, and the fact their was power to the wall socket, and still nothing in the way of power or usability to control. As is raised, cannot even be used to sit on. Just a piece of junk as it is.

    seat could be larger
    Very nice chair but saying it supports 400 pounds I'd think the seat would be larger, I'm 5'10 and weight 230 and it is a tight fit
