A very well built portable AC unit.
1. Directions were lacking about window panels. I had to cut the short panel with a coping saw because it was blocking the hose hole when adjusted to our window width. 2. Have it in our living room where we watch TV and it is a bit louder than expected. 3. Came well packaged and easy to install other than window panel extension.

Horrible! Does not function properly.
Horrible! Would not recommend. I purchased this for 2 reasons. Mainly to lower the humidity level in my mom's living room (as she has COPD and is on oxygen and humidity reading was 65%). The other reason is so that she can have backup AC if the heat pump goes out. Having run this for several hours on the Dehumidifier setting, there was NO change in the humidity level. We ran it for an entire week, and actually saw a slight HIKE in the humidity! I called Honeywell and they referred me to a sister company they say makes the Dehumidifiers; THAT company told me that if I wanted a dehumidifier, I should just purchase a stand-alone dehumidifier: that the combo (dehumidifier and AC units) won't work as well as just a dehumidifier. I responded, "not only does the dehumidifier setting not work as well, it doesn't work AT ALL at lowering the humidity". They offered no help or troubleshooting.. They just told me to take the whole unit back to where I purchased it and return it.

    Awesome A/C
    We have not had this A/C installed for long, but so far, it is fabulous. We needed a dual hose unit for our trailer converted into a camper, and this A/C packs a punch!! Overall pretty quiet and cools a room quickly.

    Perfect for my small downstairs.
    Ive had this air conditioner for about a week. First off I was amazed at how fast I received this. I ordered it on a Tuesday eve and by Thursday morning it was at my door! Hats off to Walmart. The air conditioner has been a life saver with the heat weve been experiencing here in PA. It cools the entire Downstairs of my home which I guess is on the smaller size but is sectioned off by walls. It is not an open floor plan at all. If you are looking for an air conditioner for a smaller home this is a good buy.
