nice unit
I needed a portable a/c unit fast and the Honeywell HL Series 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Remote Control, White/Black arrived early, was a breeze to set up and worked beautifully & NO WATER DRAINAGE bucket needed ☺ Only suggestion would be for it to be a little more versatile with the direction of the airflow .

You get what you pay for!
This is just OK. The exhaust tube doesn't tightly seal around the fitting that attaches to your window so warm air flows back in. The plastic window shield isn't good if you have double or triple pane windows, doesn't seal properly and again, allows warm air to flow back in. It doesn't fit custom windows very well either. But on the plus side, it does get the room very cold, especially in this Texas heat!

    Air conditioner works great for in our living room. I enjoy that it is on wheels and can be moved from one room to another. This will make it easier to store for the winter. We won't use it as a heater as we have a wood stove. I may try out the dehumidifier in the spring. No more lugging a window air conditioner up the stairs and being so heavy to place in the window. Just have to be careful when putting plastic window piece together. It can break easily. I just used clear packing tape to fix it and it works fine. Since it was my fault on snapping together, I didn't contact the company for a replacement. It is well worth the money!

    Very cool
    I ordered this unit "ship to store" and it arrived quickly -- in about 3 days! It was a little larger and heavier than I had pictured, so I needed help getting it into the car (it fit into the back seat of a Corolla). The packaging could have been better since the plug ended up getting a little squished, but thankfully not broken. Set-up was easy. You do have to put it pretty much right in front of a window, but for me that was not a problem. It's fairly quiet, and the noise will probably not bother most people. I bought it primarily for use in my home office, and it cools that room very well. I also tested it in my open-plan kitchen-dining-livingroom, which is more than the 350 sq. feet it's designed for. It also cools that area, but not quite as well. It rolls easily from room to room. I love the auto-evaporation feature. Walmart's price was by far the best -- it was advertised for $100 to $150 more everywhere else! My photos show it hooked up to my dining area window.

    My port air unit.
    I put it in my bed room. It is vey smooth. I do not have to turn it up. It is nice to order online. There are a lot of choice. I may get the same unit for my daughter's bed room

    Wrong Part
    I received the unit and the weather turned cooler, so a fan was keeping the house cool. I didn't open the box until I needed it and discovered the piece that comes in 2 halves, I got 2 right halves instead of a right and a left. Now the company is making me jump through hoops to get the right part. The company is not Walmart.

    Love this AC!
    I purchased this unit to cool my bedroom and am very pleased with how quiet it is. It was easy to set up, easy to operate with a remote so I don' t have to get up to make changes. This unit can cool a good size room down quickly and run throughout the night without waking me up. I highly recommend this AC.

    The unit came in a beat up box that looked opened before. I had purchased a brand new unit online. I was worried I got a returned or refurbished item. I bought 3 year extended warranty for $28 so its covered even if they did sent me a used/return unit. Aside from the way I received it, the portable AC unit works pretty good. It does the job for a two bedroom condo. It's hooked up in the larger bedroom and if I leave all the bedroom doors open, it cools the other bedroom also. ( about 300-350sq ft.)

    Does a great job in keeping us cool
    our bedroom is always hot and uncomfortable. Our windows are really small so the window unit we bought just was not cutting it. We were having to run two large fans along with the A/C just to keep cool. I finally had enough and bought the portable unit. It does a wonderful job of keeping us nice and cool all night long. No more sweating every night for us. Plus it was much easier to install than the window unit. I would recommend getting Potable A/C's over the window units hands down, I love them.

    Very nice portable AC unit. Very easy to set up and operate, I have a 10x12 room and cools it down quickly. Nice handgrip area to lift unit and move around if needed. Very quiet vs. my old window AC, but don't think it cools as well as the window one. I feel like it runs in AC mode most of the time and kicks into fan mode for very short periods, it could be poor insulation in my room. Also hard to drain out the water got it set up on carpet and drain is at same level.
