This does an awesome job!
I bought this cleaner a few months ago. We have pets in and out, a baby in the house, and lots of young people traffic. Wanted the convenience of cleaning in the moment when needed. Have cleaned the carpets about every six months in the past by renting a unit, but would inevitably have need for some areas in between. I read many reviews and recommendations on several sites. This was always near the top of the list for cost, ease of use, and performance. It has 100% exceeded my expectations! It is easy to use, clean, and store. I use hot tap water (unit does not self heat) and sometimes a little cleaner on high traffic areas or spots. It takes a little time to do a room (you pull slower ~ not like a vacuum) but it really does a nice job. Vacuum first as this is a cleaner and not meant for vacuuming all the junk. You'll clog your drain with that mess when emptying the tank. Pulls water out of carpets well, so they dry pretty quickly. Convenient enough to use on accidental spills, dirty foot tracks, etc. We had record rainfall and flooding a couple months ago and about a third of our big room flooded. This baby came in clutch pulling up water until we could get a shop vac in here. Even then I used both. We had so much water that only one pass filled the tank but it helped me keep it from spreading further into the room. This thing had my back and I have nothing but high praise for it! Definitely a great investment! (I attached a photo, the small video wouldn't load.) This room is blue but the rest of the house is a very light gray and this cleaner does a great job.

Terrible product
Does not work. My carpet looks just as bad as before. Looks fine until it dries then filthy. I went over the high traffic area a few times. Both directions. Now too late to get money back. Please don't buy!

    Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Cleaner Review
    I have the older model Cleaner and purchased this newer model. The Newer model is lighter due to the redesign and does move more freely when using. The newer model has both water and cleaner compartments which is an improvement. The only let down is that the older model cleaner had the benefit of the hose and detachments stored on the unit where the newer model has to store these in a bag that can hang on the unit or put somewhere else giving the possibility of misplacing it. In this respect the older model is much better. I like both units and the newer model is a little easier to use.

    SKEPTICAL TO BUY ANOTHER ONE
    Bought machine this spring & use weekly due to 3 dogs. I loved how well it cleans but black plastic has broken off from inside & you don't have parts on site to replace. It's not a year old yet. Sadly I can't bring myself to buy another one if I can't easily find replacement parts. Not sure why such thin fragile plastic would be used where bearing casing is. I knew something was wrong with machine when while using, plastic pieces were coming out bottom and I could smell a rubber like burning smell. I just want my machine to work.!!

    Good carpet cleaner delivery sucks disappointing
    It’s a good carpet cleaner but the delivery driver and loaders are horrible it looks like they cut the box to see what was in it then realized it’s just a carpet cleaner smh so very disappointed I would rather shop on Amazon
