I love almost everything about it.
Super easy to use and works really well. My only feed back is that the cord is too short, so I have to get an extension cord in every room I use it in. The coed is much shorter than my vacuum or my Hoover floor mate

Loose parts
I waited almost a month. I get the product and the box is opened and smashed up. I put it together and the handle moves like it's doing Zumba... the machine won't go in a straight line and it bounces all over.

    Awesome carpet cleaner!
    I haven't had these carpets shampooed in forever I though they never was going to come clean! Boy was I wrong. Just one time over it, took years off these floors. So easy to use. My old one use to leave so much water in the carpets. Using this cleaner my carpets were dry in like 45 minutes. I'm beyond excited to use again just because the way my floors look after I use it. My pets are the worst with accidents. But never fear now since I got this addition!

    I am so happy that we got this carpet cleaner. I have very light carpets in my living room and bedroom and they haven't been cleaned in quite sometime. It made my carpets look almost new again. They dry so much faster also. I even shampooed an upholstered chair that was so dirty I almost was going to toss it Someone was sitting in it with some pants that for some reason kept leaving dye on my chair. The chair is stripped beige and taupe. Needles to say I was able to get it completely clean again now I'll just switch guard it , so this won't happen again I'm loving this carpet cleaner.

    Really easy to set up
    My mom bought one of these, let me borrow it next day I went and bought the same one. It works wonderfully and is so easy to use. Great for pet stains as well.

    Worst carpet cleaner I ever had
    I bought this because I was excited about the larger water holder. But every time I use it I can only take two swipes and the red button goes up saying it's full. I am ready to put it in the trash it has taken me 3 hours to do one room. I will be shopping for a different brand tonight I think this one is defective!

    This cleaner is really impressive. I did basic spot cleaning first, and then went over the floor for the most part on regular wash and on high traffic areas I used deep clean. The rinse dry feature is amazing. By the time your done going over the room, it is I would say 90% dry!! Have already told a friend they need this machine in their lives!!
