A must for anyone who has carpet.
Absolutely amazing, easy to put together and take apart to clean. Best carpet cleaner I have ever purchased. I highly recommend this item.

Disappointing
Nothing stinks more than opening a brand new product and it has a broken piece. This piece was snug in a styrofoam section on top. Missing piece of brush is nowhere to be found, so this tells me it was packed in the styrofoam already broke. Come on Hoover!! Quality control!

    Don't buy, not worth the money or your time!
    I owned a Hoover carpet cleaner for 12 years and it worked great! Trusted the Hoover name so I purchased this carpet cleaner. Cheap Quality, suction ball kept stopping suction with very little dirty water in the return tank. Entire plastic piece that sucks the water up (were hose attachment is) kept popping up and inhibiting the dirty water suction. This machine is poorly made, where did the quality control for Hoover go?

    Extremely satisfied!!
    This exceeded my expectations by far! It did as good of a job as professional carpet cleaners! Definitely the best carpet cleaner I've owned or used! Easy to use, super easy clean up. Bristles come out so you can keep it clean, it really did an amazing job!

    Absolutely Perfect
    This is our second hoover carpet cleaner. The first was the old style. We had it for two houses and more than 20 years. It worked great with no problems. We decided it was time to upgrade and boy did we. This new one is even better and so easy to use. It cleans great and is so easy to use it is very sturdy and the 3 canisters make it a breeze. Thanks for the great product.

    Better Than Professional Carpet Cleaning
    We were due for a carpet cleaning when Covid lockdowns happened. We just had our carpets professionally cleaned less than a month ago. I was not happy with the results. We purchased the SmartWash+ and it arrived yesterday. I re-cleaned a 3' x 3' high traffic area that the professional cleaned. It is impossible for the carpet to have gotten as dirty as the water in the photos in less than a month with two people in our 2000 sq. ft. home. The SmartWash also picked up sudsy residue left behind by the professional. The machine is lightweight and easy to clean after using. I wonder if some of the bad reviews are because people do not read or follow directions. I owned another brand of carpet cleaner and I feel this one has a much better design for ease of use and care.

    I was very skeptical at first because who isn't skeptical about things like this. I saw so many good reviews and wanted to try it out for myself and let's just say it exceeded my expectations. I'm OBSESSED and it's so easy and so satisfying.

    great shampooer for thr money
    absolute best shampooer ive owned and used. super easy to clean out at the of use. easy to assemble. no trigger anymore which means my finger isnt red and blistered after doing two rooms. fantastic product! have before and after pics of the carpet.
